Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with 1 sofabed, 1 double bed and hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. 2 double bedrooms, each room with shower/WC. Exit to the balcony. Small kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV. Exit to the balcony. Shower, sep. WC. Carpet. 2 balconies. Facilities: children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Double beds with two single mattresses (2x90cmx200cm).

Rustic farmhouse "Schoberhof". In the district of Schwendau 3 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 1.5 km from the centre of Hippach, 5 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 5 cars) on the premises. Shop 1.1 km, supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant 200 m, indoor swimming pool 3 km. Mountain railway 500 m, ski school, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 1 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Hintertuxer Gletscher 20 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Artificial ice rink, indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). The ski resort of Mayrhofen includes tracks from Ahron, Penken, Rastkogel and Eggalm. ,After skiing in Mayrhofen. Burton Funpark. Het is een prachtig huis. Op loopafstand van de piste dus ideaal. De inrichting is niet modern maar alles is supernetjes en schoon! De eigenaren zijn ontzettend vriendelijk en aardig. Ik kan dit huis echt iedereen aanraden.

Für uns als Gruppe mit 12 Personen eine optimale Unterkunft, da 6 Doppelzimmer und zwei Küchen ausreichend Platzbieten. Zudem Laufnähe zum Lift so dass jeder unabhängig seine Skizeit einplanen kann. Vermieter sind sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, alles lief problemlos ab.
