Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower, shower/WC, sep. WC. Upper floor: 2 rooms, each room with 1 bed and 1 double bed. Exit to the balcony. 1 double bedroom. Shower. Balcony 18 m2. Beautiful view of the countryside and the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. Drink best mountain spring water from the faucet.. There is a small apartment in the attic which is only accessible through the house next door.

Großes Haus mit ansprechender Fassade für Eltern, Kinder und Großeltern (auch im Winter) gut geeignet. Lage im Dorf mit Skibushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe. Funktionaler Skikeller mit Aussentür. Fehlendes WC im OG, daher Treppenabstieg in der Nacht leider erforderlich. Bodenbelag Flur OG erneuerungsbedürftig. Betten (Matratzen) teilweise ebenfalls am Ende ihrer Nutzungsdauer. Küchenausstattung ausbaufähig (Mixer, Schüsseln, vernünftige Bratpfanne…). Aufenthaltsräume zweckmäßig.

Die Unterkunft ist perfekt für 2 Familien oder ähnliche Konstellationen. Der Aufenthaltsraum verfügt über Eckbänke mit Tischen, so dass man gut Gesellschaftsspiele spielen kann, das "fehlende" Sofa hat uns daher nicht gestört. Toll wäre es, wenn eine Waschmaschine zur Verfügung stände. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Fliegen als nicht störend empfunden. Einmal pro Tag eine Runde mit der Klatsche und das Problem ist keines mehr.

Brak w niektórych toaletach umywalek. Brak broszur reklamowych, rozkładów jazdy komunikacji miejskiej i atrakcjami w okolicy. Pensjonat rozpisany dla 15 osób a w 3 pokojach dostawki z mało wygodnych małych wersalek. Brak kluczy do jednego pokoju.Brak hasła do wi-fi w widocznym miejscu. Zostało podane na wyraźną prośbę. 200 % niechęć właścicielki dla psów nawet na zewnątrz budynku.

Wir hatten mit der Familie eine schöne Woche. Das Haus war sauber aber wir hatten ein immenses Fliegenproblem. Da wir eine Familie waren kamen wir auch mit den 4 Duschen und 3 Toiletten zurecht.

Wir waren mit 15 Personen im Ferienhaus (12 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder) und wir hatten ausreichend Platz. Da wir eine Familie waren, kamen wir auch mit den 4 Duschen und 3 Toiletten aus. Die Ausstattung der Küche war zwar ausreichend aber nicht gerade zufriedenstellend. Es fehlte z. B. ein Mixer oder wenigstens ein Schneebesen. Der Grill war auch ein wenig zu klein für uns alle (ist im Winter wahrscheinlich nicht so wichtig). Das Haus war sehr sauber aber wir hatten ein immenses Fliegenproblem.

Das Haus war soweit in Ordnung und sehr sauber. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Matratzen sind teilweise sehr durchgelegen. Leider gibt es - zumindest im Sommer-eine Fliegenplage-also Fliegenklatsche mitnehmen! Die nicht verhandelbare Abreise bis 09.00 Uhr ist sehr unkomfortabel.
