Kitchen-/living room (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. Shower/WC. Oil heating. Balcony. Panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance, smoke alarm, fire extinguisher. In summer, partner company All Inclusive Swimming Pool Mayrhofen!

Small chalet "Wegscheider". 100 m from the centre of Mayrhofen, 5 km from the centre of Finkenberg, 8 km from the centre of Zell im Zillertal, in the residential district, excellent location: right in the centre but still quiet. For shared use: garden 400 m2 with lawn and plants. Garden furniture. In the house: storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Narrow motor access. Stepped path to the house. Parking on the premises. Grocery 20 m, supermarket 1 km, bakery, railway station "Mayrhofen" 1 km, outdoor swimming pool, indoor swimming pool 50 m. Golf course (18 hole) 20 km, mountain railway 100 m, ski lift 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, ski school 100 m, cross country ski track 400 m. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Alles an der Wohnung stimmt mich zufrieden. Tolles Doppelbett mit guter Matratze. Angenehm große Dusche. Nähe zum Freibad und Saune ist genau so cool wie die Entfernung in den Ort. Bäckerei nur 1 Min entfernt. Ricki Zucki auf die Ahornspitze oder hoch zum Stilluptal. Ich komme wieder.

Für uns beide sehr gut. Es war sehr sauber und das ist für uns sehr wichtig. Die Betreuung der Mitarbeiter war auch sehr freundlich und gut. Noch mal Danke für für die schöne Zeit die wir bei Ihnen verbringen durften

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis hat gepasst susanne e.

Im großen und ganzen gibt es nur zum kritisieren, dass die Matratzen ziemlich durchgelegen sind und eine bequemere sitzmöglichkeit fehlt, wenn dann doch mal ein langer Regentag ist, dann sucht man sich besser eine bequeme Kneipe. Küchenausstattung ist gut, leider kein einziges scharfes Messer und der vorhandene messerschärfer hat komplett fertig. Lage ist sehr gut, ich kam auch ohne Auto super zurecht und es ist sehr ruhig. Mit neuen Matratzen würde ich wieder dort wohnen

Vielen Dank für IHre Hinweise. Die Matratzen wurden überprüft und sind in Ordnung. Neue Messer für die Küche wurden gekauft. Sollte einmal etwas nicht in Ordnung sein, dürfen die Gäste gern die Schlüsselhalter direkt ansprechen, sodass umgehend geholfen werden kann.

Chalet war sehr kühl, was bei dieser Hitzewelle optimal war. Das WLAN war Katastrophe!! Man ist alle par Minuten rausgefallen, da der Router im Hauptgebäude war. Und einen Sichtschutz im Badezimmer wäre wirklich angebracht. Die Nachbarn hätten vom Balkon aus alles gesehen!! Lichtschalter beim Bett nicht gerade optimal. Wenn wir nicht einen Schutz hingelegt hätten, hätten wir in der Nacht dauernd das Licht angezündet.

Ein Sichtschutz am Badfenster wurde angebracht. In der Hochsaison, wenn alle Wohnungen belegt sind, kann es bei gleichzeitiger intensiver Nutzung oder auch durch Wetterbedingungen zu kurzzeitigen Störungen des WLANs kommen.

Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen, in der Stadt, dennoch ruhig und schnell alles erreichbar. Lifte, Bahn, Bus kann problemlos genutzt werden. Viele Ausflugsziele schnell erreichbar. Das Auto kann stehen bleiben auf dem Stellplatz und es war gemütlich und sehr sauber. Wir haben wohl gefühlt.

Das Fenster im Badezimmer ist ein Oberlichtfenster. Es wohnt niemand gegenüber, so dass niemand durch das Fenster schauen kann.

Die Bilder entsprechen dem, so wie es wirklich ist. Die Vermieter sind nett und sehr hilfsbereit! Ich hatte aus eigener Doofheit Wasser in einen Mehrfachstecker gekippt. Dann war der Strom ausgegangen. Nach einem Telefonat und ca. 15 Minuten war die Vermieterin vor Ort und hat den Strom wieder angestellt. Es war eine sehr schöne Zeit. Gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.
