Strass 7 km from Fügen: Beautiful apartment house "Chalet Astholz". In a quiet position, 3 km from the lake, 7 km from the skiing area. Motor access to the house. Parking (for 2 cars). Die Gastgeberin ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung war feucht, schimmel an wänden, matratzen waren auch feucht und es hat immer modrig gerochen. Die Sauberkeit könnte auch noch verbessert werden

Es wurde sichergestellt, dass kein Schimmel im Haus präsent ist es laut Feuchtigkeitsmessung keinen Unterschied zwischen außen und innen mehr gibt. Weiter wurde ein Luftentfeuchter angeschafft, da es an sehr regnerischen Tagen vorkommen kann, dass die Humidität höher ist. Leider war in der gesamten Wohnung eine hohe Luftfeuchtigkeit. Selbst die Matratze und die Bettdecken waren klamm. Deshalb waren auch sehr viele Mücken in der Wohnung, da u.a. Fliegengitter gefehlt haben. Insgesamt roch es aufgrund der Feuchtigkeit modrig. Das Bad ist schwarz gestrichen sodass wir schimmel vermutet haben der verdeckt werden soll. Ansonsten war der Standort und die Aussicht top. Die Vermieterin super freundlich. Leider gab es nur zwei Dusch Handtücher.

Obwohl die Luftfeuchtigkeit aufgrund ungewöhnlich starker Regenfälle in den letzten Monaten etwas höher war, versichern wir nach gründlicher Kontrolle, dass kein Schimmel präsent ist. Das schwarze Badezimmerdesign wurde aufgrund des persönlichen Geschmacks unseres Ferienobjektbesitzers gewählt. Wir möchten Sie auch darüber informieren, dass pro Person ein Badetuch und ein Handtuch regulär zur Verfügung gestellt wird. und es tut uns leid, wenn dies nicht der Fall war. Bitte informieren Sie stets direkt vor Ort den Schlüsselhalter, wenn etwas unklar sein sollte oder wenn Probleme auftreten. Es würde uns freuen, Sie bald wieder als unsere Gäste begrüßen zu können.

Wir haben die Wohnung zum Skifahren genutzt. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. (toller Kühl-/Gefrierschrank !) Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und entgegenkommend (verspätete Anreise war kein Problem). Die Lage ist prima und schön ruhig.
