Exit to the balcony. Kitchen-/living room (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining table, satellite TV and radio. 2 showers, sep. WC. 2nd upper floor: 2 double bedrooms, each room with hand-basin. Exit to the balcony. Lounge with satellite TV (flat screen). Sep. WC. 2 balconies. Balcony furniture. Very beautiful panoramic view. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Fire extinguisher. Apartment without front door. When there are less than the maximum number of guests staying at the property, not all of the bedrooms will be available for use.

Zell am Ziller: Large semi-detached house "Alpenblick", 1'000 m a.s.l.. In the district of Gerlosberg 5 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, in a secluded position on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service on request. 4.5 km long steep motor access. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 4 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 5 km, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Zell" 5 km. Ski lift 1.5 km, gondola lift 1.5 km, slopes 1.5 km, ski bus stop 30 m, ski school 1.5 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 1.5 km. Hiking paths: Zillertaler Alpen. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). In case of good snow conditions, the house is accessible on skis. The owner lives in the same residence.

In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Alpenblick is een ruim appartement, uitkijkend over het dal. Alles is aanwezig wat je nodig hebt. Wij waren met 7 volwassenen. De skibus stopt dichtbij en breng je naar het middelstation WieserAlm. De bussen werden te vol gestouwd wat niet prettig was. Gelukkig hoefden wij maar een klein stukje met de bus. De eigenaren zijn vriendelijk. Wij hopen volgend jaar weer te komen.

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Wohnung. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt, aber immer wenn die Wolken es zugelassen haben, wurden wir mit einem hervorragenden Alpenblick über das südliche Zillertal belohnt. Die Zimmer waren sehr gemütlich und die Lage angenehm ruhig.

Urlaub mit Frau, Tochter, Schwiegersohn und 2 6 Jährigen Enkeln. Für das Wetter kann ja niemand was, auch wenn es ziemlich verregnet war hat die Umgebung einiges zu bieten! Bergwerk, Schloss Tratzberg, Erlebnisbad etc.. Das Wichtigste war die Hilfsbereitschaft der Frau H., egal ob Zucker, Backform, Grillplatz - sie hat immer gerne geholfen!

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön, sie befindet sich bei ca. 1250 m Höhe, so dass auch die Aussicht vom Balkon wunderschön ist. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet, so dass es uns an nichts gefehlt hat. Die Vermieter wohnen nebenan und sind sehr nett. Preis-Leistung hat auf jeden Fall gepasst, so dass wir die Unterkunft auf jeden Fall empfehlen können.

2 Weken genoten van een schitterend uitzicht. Een ruime woning, vriendelijke ontvangst. Enkele minputen: Voor een woning voor 9 personen is de koelkast erg klein. Helaas werd tijdens ons verblijf verbouwd. Als onze 2 jarige dochter rond 8 uur naar bed ging begon de herrie. Gelukkig nooit na 10 uur. Wifi deed het vaak niet. De totale vakantie-ervaring was prima. Na een vrij lange rit naar boven, maakt het uitzicht alles goed. Let wel op splinters in het balkon en de bank buiten met kl. kinderen.
