In the house: storage room for skis, central heating system, ski boot dryer. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 300 m, railway station "Aschau" 300 m, indoor swimming pool 2 km. Gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 400 m, ski bus stop 200 m, ski school 300 m, sled run 10 km, cross country ski track 200 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Zell am Ziller

580 - 1'744 m a.s.l. >>Zell is situated in the heart of the Zillertal. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Die Lage Unterkunft, der Zustand, die Ausstattung… alles perfekt, so wie man es sich vorstellt! Der Vermieter ist auch absolut top, eine klare Empfehlung!! Wir waren mit einer Gruppe von 10 Personen da.

Proper onderhouden appartement(en) op wanderlafstand van het dorpje Aschau. Winkel, cafe, restaurant, speeltuin, zwembad allemaal in de buurt. Skigebieden te bereiken met de skibus of een korte rit met de auto. Zeer vriendelijke eigenaar.

Top Lage, sehr sauber und super freundlicher Vermieter! Für einen Ski Aufenthalt mit größerer Gruppe sehr zu empfehlen. Abstellplatz für Ski sowie sehr kurzer Weg zum Skibus. Kaltenbach und Zell sind innerhalb von 5 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bus zu erreichen. Alles was man braucht in unmittelbarer Nähe und trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Highlight ist die Talabfahrt Aschau mit der man aus dem Skigebiet Kaltenbach quasi bis zur Haustür kommt. Hoffentlich kommen wir mal wieder!
