Aschau 4 km from Zell am Ziller: 2-family house "Josef". 400 m from the centre of Aschau, on the outskirts, 4.5 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 65 km from the centre of Innsbruck, in a sunny position, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for skis. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 400 m, railway station "Aschau" 400 m, indoor swimming pool 1.5 km. Ski lift 4.5 km, gondola lift 4.5 km, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 150 m, ski school 500 m, sled run 9 km, cross country ski track 20 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km, Hochzillertal-Kaltenbach 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge). The owner lives in the same residence.

580 - 1'744 m a.s.l. >>Zell is situated in the heart of the Zillertal. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Leuk gelegen woning en aardige eigenaar die je naar het zin wilt maken. Alles werkt in het appartement citer één of twee matrassen mogen wel vervangen worden. Verder heerlijk verblijf gehad aldaar.

Het was een mooie woning in een zeer prachtige omgeving. Vriendelijk ontvangst en als er wat was waren we goed geholpen. Het enige minpuntje was dat er niets van WiFi was voor de rest geen opmerkingen.

Die Ferienwohnung ist geräumig und zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Die Lage ist sehr gut, nur wenige Meter zur Bushaltestelle. J. ist ein super lieber Gastgeber und hat sich gleich um alles gekümmert. Wir kommen gerne wieder, auch wenn die Matratzen ihre besten Zeiten hinter sich haben WLAN wäre toll

Schoon huis op een mooie locatie Pro: Het is een heel schoon huis en een heel vriendelijke eigenaar. Eigenaar denkt mee in oplossingen en is altijd bereid te helpen. \nHuis is centraal gelegen. Vlakbij een busstation. \nHet huis is basic ingericht maar alles is er wat je nodig hebt. Contra: Er is geen WiFi. Was voor ons geen probleem.

The defects have been fixed. Only the cable has been repaired with insulating tape, the kettle works perfectly.

Cena za apartament adekwatna do jakości. Poziom czystości ok, ale w kuchni obdrapane krzesła jak na zdjęciach sprzed kilku lat. Kuchnia wyposażona dobrze, ale naczynia średniej jakości. Trudny dostęp do szafy w pokoju 4 osobowym. Gospodarz przywiązuje bardzo dużą uwagę do segregacji odpadów. Gospodarz miły i przyjaźnie nastawiony.
