Restaurant is only open in summer. Beautiful farmhouse "Klammlhof". 3 apartments in the property. In the district of Haslach 2.5 km from the centre of Zell, 6 km from the centre of Kaltenbach, 7.5 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, 2 km from the skiing area, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: meadow. Children's playground. In the house: restaurant, sun terrace, ski boot dryer. Bread roll service. Parking on the premises. Shop 2.5 km, supermarket 2.5 km, pub garden 2 m, railway station "Zell" 2 km, outdoor swimming pool 2.5 km, indoor swimming pool 1 km. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

To byl nasz drugi tygodniowy pobyt w gościnnym domu R.. Tak samo jak dwa lata temu bylo bardzo miło, funkcjonalnie i praktycznie. Serdeczne nastawienie wlascicieli gospodarzy jest wartością dodaną. Skibus zabiera na stok spod domu. Jest parking. Wyposażenie apartamentu wystarcza calkowicie do zycia. Cieplo i cicho. Polecam.

Very comfortable and clean apartment with balcony. Bed was wide but the matras little bit too soft (maybe consider a new one). Almost everything available. Warm welcome, you can order breakfast (zemmel, croissant..). Busstop next to our stay to the ski station 5' to 10' ride (town may consider some more bustransfers though)

Nous avons passé un tres bon séjour dans cette location de qualité . Un accueil chaleureux , un cadre typique , une situation parfaite pour profiter des divers domaines skiables de la vallée … C est juste parfait . De plus vous pouvez demander d avoir du pain chaque matin à votre porte . N oubliez pas d aller à la Schnitzelhutte … Merci à cette famille qui travaille sans relâche de nous avoir accueilli . À bientôt !

Wohnung am KuhstallAnnett G.

Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und freundlich. Leider lag unser Schlafzimmer direkt zum Kuhstall, darum war ein geöffnetes Fenster zum lüften nicht möglich. Das Bad war nur mit einer lockeren Schiebetür zum Schlafraum getrennt, d.h. feuchte Luft vom duschen, sowie beginnende Schimmelbildung war zu sehen. Es existierte kein Lüfter. Größe der Wohnung war in Ordnung. Da wir uns selbst verpflegen, fehlten mir Deckel für Töpfe, ein Nudelsieb und kleine Schälchen. Elektrogeräte waren in Ordnung.

Bardzo przyjazne miejsce. Mili gospodarze. Apartament super dobrze funkcjonalny, wyposażona w urządzenia kuchnia. Przystanek skibus obok domu. Okolica spokojna, blisko wyciągów narciarskich.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer ... Martin M.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer im Haupthaus, es war sauber und gemütlich warm, es fehlte ledilich Salz und Pfeffer. Zu beachten ist, das Restaurant ist im Winter geschlossen, da eine Bergstation (Schnitzelranch Abfahrt 18) bewirtschaftet wird. Auch zu beachten, im Haus befindet sich noch ein Kuhstall, es läuft Nachts ein elektrisches Gerät, beim Schlafen gehen ist es zu hören. Hat uns aber wenig gestört. Eigene Brennerrei vorhanden, wir haben einige Flaschen gekauft. Zur Begrüßung gab es auch eine Flasche Likör.
