Kitchen-/living room (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook and satellite TV. 2 showers/WC, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Fire extinguisher.

House/Residence

Aschau: 2-family house "Obetzhofer", 2 storeys. 3 km from the centre of Zell am Ziller, on the outskirts, 600 m from the centre of Aschau, 16 km from the centre of Mayrhofen. For shared use: property 300 m2 with lawn. In the house: sauna (extra). Storage room for skis, ski boot dryer. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket, restaurant 200 m, railway station "Aschau" 600 m, outdoor swimming pool 3.5 km, indoor swimming pool 150 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, mountain railway 2.5 km, ski bus stop 100 m, cross country ski track 150 m. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 2.5 km, Hochzillertal 3 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Zell am Ziller

580 - 1'744 m a.s.l. >>Zell is situated in the heart of the Zillertal. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Wohnung hatte alles was man braucht und war sehr sauber. Wir hatten einen tollen Winterurlaub.

Het is verouderd maar verder netjes. Douchestand was defect werd dezelfde week aangepast en water koken en koffiezetapparaat tegelijk aan dan vloog de groep eruit. Geen lamp in het skihok wat niet handig is dat zou een verbeterpunt kunnen zijn daarnaast ook de plek waar de schoenen warmers hangen dat is in de hal iedere dag hier met 8 mensen je schoenen aan en uit doen is nogal onhandig het is smal en geen ruimte om te zitten. Dit zou ons inzien prima in het skihok kunnen voldoende ruimte.

Toller Aufenthalt im ZillertalLaura H.

Wir waren mit insgesamt 8 Personen in der beschriebenen Unterkunft. Die Ankunft war sehr angenehm und die Inhaber sehr freundlich und bemüht. Die Wohnung ist großzügig genug, sodass man trotz vieler Leute ein wenig Privatsphäre haben kann. Die Küche bietet alle notwendigen Ausstattungen und die zwei Bäder sind sauber und modern. Die Sauna wird liebevoll mit frischem Orangensaft nach vorheriger Anmeldung eingeschaltet und steht mit Wellnessduschen zur Verfügung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
