Upper floor: living room with dining nook, satellite TV and tiled stove. Exit to the balcony. 1 room with 1 double sofabed. Exit to the balcony. Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Exit to the balcony. 2nd upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 bed, 1 double bed and separate WC. 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds and separate WC. Bath/shower, double hand-basin. Oil heating. Parquet floors. Balcony. Beautiful view of the mountains and the valley. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

No WLAN. 1 paved parking space at the house, 3 unpaved parking spaces opposite. Please only park in the designated parking spaces. House "Ragusa". In the district of Hainzenberg 4 km from the centre of Zell, 10 km from the centre of Mayrhofen, on a slope. In the house: storage room for skis. Stepped path to the house. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 4 km, railway station "Zell" 4 km, indoor swimming pool 6 km. Mountain railway 4.5 km, gondola lift 600 m, ski bus stop 300 m, ski school, sled run. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal-Arena 4.5 km. Please note: ski bus (free of charge).

Location Description Zell am Ziller

580 - 1'744 m a.s.l. >>Zell is situated in the heart of the Zillertal. In Spring there are large celebrations, notably the beer festival, costume fete etc. Quiet, family-friendly holiday village with 4'000 inhabitants, 60 km south-east from Innsbruck. In the resort: bar, disco. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna. More possibilities.

Summer

Outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis (4 outdoor courts, 3 indoor courts). Minigolf. Summer skiing in Hintertux 25 km. Paragliding, beach volleybally court, total 7 mountain lifts and cableways. Hiking paths, mountain tours. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes, bicycles for hire. Leisure park "Zell". Mountain bike routes, themed paths, adventure playground. In summer there is a fantastic active entertainment programme and a varied Arena Fun Club children's programme available. A highlight for families is 5000 m2 adventure playground with spruce Castle, Admission free!

Winter

Ski-region Zillertal-Arena, total of 49 lifts. Total 139 km ski runs, snow park, halfpipe. Ski school, children's ski school. 14 km cross country ski tracks in the region. 2 toboggan runs (long 7 km). Artificial ice rink, curling, 4 courts indoor tennis centre. Ski bus (free of charge). Ski hire, 1 toboggan run lit until 01.00, toboggan hire. TIP: You will receive a discount on the ski hire and snowboard rental (WWW.SKIVERLEIH-HOCHZILLERTAL.AT) at the ski rental Hochzillertal in Stumm and at Sport Unterlercher Fügen (www.skirent2000.at).

Sehr abgewohnte Ferienwohnung! Zusammengewürfeltes Geschirr und Besteck. Durchgelegene Matratzen Toiletten ohne Waschbecken Wohnung eher eine Jugendherberge

Prima woning met paar nadelenAnouk S.

De woning zit tussen goed en gemiddeld in. Het was schoon. De meeste bedden hadden een prima matras. De inboedel van de keuken was een allegaartje, geen aansteker en maar 2 borrelglaasjes maar met hulp van de sleutel dame was dit snel verholpen. De ligging is oke als je het niet erg vind om met de auto naar het skigebied te rijden. Je hebt keuze uit Zell, Gerlos en Mayrhofen. Bushalte is te ver lopen. Jammer was dat er geen wifi is, dat vind ik persoonlijk niet meer kunnen anno 2022/2023.

100 m zur Skibushaltestelle steht in der Beschreibung, zur nächsten Skibushaltestelle sind es jedoch mindestens 500 m. Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe waren komplett falsch

Gute Unterkunft Rudolf B.

Gute Unterkunft. Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber sehr sauber. Sehr gute Lage zum kleinen Skigebiet Gerlossteinwand. Gerlos, Hochkrimml und Zell am Ziller sind aber auch gut erreichbar, auch per Skibus.
