"Studio", 1-room studio 45 m2 on 1st floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 2 children. Practical furnishings: open living/sleeping room with 1 sofabed (140 cm, length 200 cm), 2 x 1 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm), digital TV and electric heating. Open kitchen (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Bath/shower, sep. WC. Electric heating. View of the resort. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Blu-ray player. Garage space n 10 on the property (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only.

House/Residence

Apartment block "Helvetia". Bredene, 200 m from the sea, 200 m from the beach. Supermarket, shopping centre, restaurant 10 m, tram "Duin aan zee" 25 m, bus stop "De Lijn" 25 m. The owner does not accept any youth groups. The keys‘ handover takes place by the agency Interhome in Bredene.

Prior to your departure, you will receive the key collection information for your stay, along with your travel documents.

Location Description Oostende

Town, directly by the sea, 22 km from Brugge. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, boutiques, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, night club, casino, concerts, evening entertainment, museum, cinema. Wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna.

Summer

Many sporting and leisure activities during the months of July and August. Volleyball, basketball, badminton, squash, golf, several mini-golf courses, boules, table tennis, bowling. Walking and jogging in the Maria-Hendrika park or on the sandy beach, horse riding, canoeing, sailing, swimming pool. Sandy beach, 7 km long, up to 150 m wide, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Surfing, sailing school. Tennis, golf course 9 hole in Wellington Golf Oostende. Minigolf. Beach volleybally court. Hiking paths, children's hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground, leisure park "Maria Hendrikapark".

Diese Wohnung entspricht nicht der Beschreibung. Aus den Kabeln in der Decke tropft das Wasser. Schlafsofa ist total kaputt. Extremer Renovierungsstau. Verkalkte Badamaturen. Usw usw. Nie wieder.

Wer eine Unterkunft sucht die sehr nah am Meer liegt ist hier genau richtig. Es gibt hier und da Kleinigkeiten die verbessert werden sollten aber im großen und ganzen ist alles gut. Interhome kümmert sich immer gut um einem. Wir kommen wieder

Für einen kurzen Trip zu zweit total ausreichend. Eine echt schöne Gegend. Die Wohnung ist okay. Im Flur ist wohl ein Wasserschaden an der Decke den wir aber schon gemeldet haben. Die Vorhänge zum abtrennen des Doppelbettes haben gefehlt und wir konnten uns nicht in das WLAN einloggen da wir keine Anmeldedaten bekommen haben. Es gab leider keine Klimaanlage oder Ventilator. Wurde trotz September ganz schön warm darin. Gut ist das eine Abgeschlossene Garage vorhanden ist, wo es aber leider ziemlich muffig drin riecht. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Urlaub.

Die Wohnung war sauber.In der Küche war alles was man brauchte vorhanden.Das aufklappbare Sofa zu einem Bett war unkompliziert, das Bett sehr bequem. Alles im allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt und ein schöner Ausblick aus dem Fenster direkt auf dem Strandzugang noch dazu!

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und zwei Kindern eine Woche in diesem Apartment. Es war soweit alles vorhanden,was man braucht..die Nähe zum Strand ist toll-gerade mit Kindern.Da wir tagsüber immer unterwegs waren, hat es für uns völlig ausgereicht. Das Schlafsofa ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen (ein paar Flecke) was aber wohl normal ist- könnte mal eine Reinigung vertragen(dafür gibt es Geräte) und auch die Kissenbezüge sollten öfter gewaschen werden..wir fühlten s aber trotzdem sehr wohl

je l ai choisi pour la situation centre ville déçu ,pas d oreillers, pas de couvertures, même pas un fond de papier WC .Déçu pour le confort : bruit de la route, bruit du commerce voisin et dés 18h et au moins 22h30 l odeur des pizzas, obliger de laisser fermer les fenêtres, possibiliste de les ouvrir pendant la douche afin d aérer , je retourne dans mes anciennes habitudes dans les bâtiments lASTRID

Die Ferienwohnung liegt super gut gelegen, unweit von Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Selbst Sonntags sind die Geschäfte geöffnet. Eine Garage ist vorhanden. Es gibt auch andere Möglichkeiten das Auto abzustellen.

Super pour le parking même si l'emplacement est très étroit. La hotte de la cuisine était défectueuse. Bon emplacement avec vue sur l'esplanade de Bredene.Dommage pour les odeurs de cuisine de la pizzeria juste en dessous.
