Beautiful terraced house "Villa Nicolara", 2 storeys. In the hamlet Krušvari 9 km from the centre of Buzet, in a sunny position, 45 km from the sea. Private: property 200 m2, garden with lawn, swimming pool (15 m2, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 15.Sep.). Outdoor shower, terrace (20 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 9 km, supermarket 9 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bus stop 9.5 km, pebble beach 45 km, rocky beach 45 km. Walking paths from the house 100 m, cycle lane 150 m. Nearby attractions: Nature park Učka 18 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Buzet

Historical, old town with 6'000 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, 90 km north from Pula, 48 km east from Poreč, 52 km west from Rijeka. In the resort: supermarket, shops, grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, folklore evenings. Thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre, massage at 11 km. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Possibility of organizing a truffle hunt and wild game hunt.

Gezellige en mooie vakantiewoningHilde B.

Leuk huis dat van alle gemakken is voorzien. Grote keuken, prettige woonkamer en mooie slaapkamers. Zwembad is prima voor afkoelen en dobberen. Voor zwemmen en spelen is het aan de kleine kant. Toegangsweg naar woning is erg smal. Parkeerplaats is niet geschikt voor auto's met dakkoffer. Indien je een hogere, bredere of langere auto hebt is af- en aanrijden een uitdaging. Borg van € 400 wel aan de hoge kant.
