Small, historical town with 12'400 inhabitants, in the eastern part of the peninsula 5 km from the sea, on top of a hill, 5 km west from Rabac, 45 km north-east from Pula, 50 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage at 5 - 7 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 5 - 50 km.

Wir waren erneut in der Villa Verbanac und wurden ein weiteres Mal nicht enttäuscht. Es ist immer noch so schön wie letztes Jahr und die Gastgeber sind so freundlich wie im letzten Jahr. Dieses Jahr gab es auch noch selbst gemachten Grappa aus dem Holzfass zur Verkostung. Und die Leidenschaft, die sie in den Wein und den Grappa fließen lassen, erfährt man auch als Gast in ihrem Ferienhaus. Wir werden wiederkommen, versprochen

Wir waren mit 2 Familien (4 Erwachsene und 4 Kinder von 3-14) in der Villa Verbanac. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem die ruhige Lage und die äußerst freundlichen und zuvorkommenden, fleißigen und unaufdringlichen Gastgeber haben uns beeindruckt. Die Wohnungen sind funktionell eingerichtet, sauber und waren für unsere Bedürfnisse perfekt. der Freisitz, Grillplatz und der Pool waren für unsere Kinder perfekt. Gerne kommen wir wieder! Die Lage ist nah genug an allem, was man braucht.

Ein schönes gemütliches Ferienhaus. Sehr nette Vermieter. Es war alles sauber. Obwohl die Besitzer mit auf dem Grundstück gewohnt haben, war es für unsere Familie doch privat. Der Pool wurde jeden Morgen ganz früh gereinigt und immer sauber. Wir wurden sehr nett mit 2 Flaschen Wein begrüsst. Die Aussenküche und der Grill war sehr praktisch. Der Essbereich draussen war überdacht, selbst bei schlechtem Wetter konnten wir uns dort sehr gut aufhalten. Insgesamt war es eine sehr gepflegte Anlage.

Die Vermieter sind sehr herzlich! Wenn man etwas bemängeln möchte, dann evtl, dass zu wenig Geschirr vorhanden ist. Hier könnte man aufrüsten. Der Internetempfang ist eher schlecht, was wohl an der Lage liegt. Wenn man hier Urlaub machen möchte, sollte einem bewusst sein, dass man zum Strand mit dem Auto ca 20 Minuten benötigt. Insgesamt ist das Haus sehr gepflegt und sauber und schön! Der Grillplatz ist sehr großzügig und gemütlich. Der Pool ist toll. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Met 2 gezinnen van 5 personen hebben we twee fijne vakantie weken gehad op deze prachtige locatie met veel privacy. Schoon, netjes en opgeruimd huis. Airco in huis is heerlijk. Bijzonder aardige eigenaar die er naast woont en lekkere wijn maakt. Heerlijk zwembad met buitenverblijf. Diverse supermarkten dichtbij. Stranden van Ravni en Sv. Marina ideaal voor kinderen, ca. 20 minuten rijden.

We hebben een zeer fijne vakantie achter de rug in Labin. Het vakantiehuis was tip top in orde. Heel fijn dat het uit twee aparte wooneenheden bestaat. Het zwembad gaf een heerlijke verfrissing. De eigenaren zorgden ervoor dat alles in orde was en trakteerden ons op lekkere zelfgemaakte wijn en grappa.
