Private: property 1'600 m2 (fenced) with wildlife garden and trees, swimming pool angular, heated (4 x 10 m, 45 m2, depth 135 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase and salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. WC in the pool area, outdoor shower, hot tub, terrace (40 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener.
