Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating, gas heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed.

For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees, swimming pool (9 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Outdoor shower, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking on the premises. Shop 300 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station 24 km, rocky beach 8 km. Marina 8 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Sehr freundliche und diskrete Vermieter. Die Wohnung war beschrieben in einem hervorragenden Zustand, alles blitzsauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man im Urlaub braucht. Das Grundstück war komplett umzäunt und gerade richtig für unseren "Streuner". Auf jeden Fall zu 100 % weiter zu empfehlen.

Wir waren schon zum zweiten mal hier, es ist einfach alles perfekt. Außer die Matratzen sind etwas zu hart für unseren Geschmack.In der nähe gibt es einen kleinen Laden, 3 Restaurants. Die Unterkunft ist sauber und gepflegt, die Vermieter sieht man selten bzw man hat nie das Gefühl kontrolliert zu werden. Die Städte in der nähe sind traumhaft und das Meer. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Wir, (2 Erw. 2 Jungendl. sowie ein Hund) durften im Juli eine wunderschöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbringen. Hier gibt es nicht, zu bemängeln. Alles ist super sauber und gepflegt. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts. Die Ausstattung der Küche ist vollkommen ausreichend. Die Vermieter, die auch im Haus leben, sind sehr nett, man bekommt allerdings kaum was von ihnen mit, da sie sehr diskret sind. Wir werden dieser Unterkunft mit Sicherheit wieder buchen.

Sehr schöne saubere und große Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Lage, ideal zum Ausspannen. Freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeber. Regelmäßige Reinigung des Pool und der Außenanlagen. Alles sehr gepflegt. Auch unser Hund hat sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Jederzeit zu empfehlen.

Brak superlatyw na określenie tego domu i gospodarzy. Czystość nie mieści się w skali ocen. Byliśmy tam już drugi raz, pierwszy trzy lata temu. Wrażenia w obu przypadkach tak samo doskonale.
