For shared use: property 1'200 m2 (fenced) with plants and trees, swimming pool (11 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.). Unconventional pool shape. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine (extra) (for shared use). Parking on the premises. Shop 400 m, supermarket 5 km, bus stop 8 km, railway station 32 km, rocky beach 5 km. Marina 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence.

Location Description Poreč

Poreč is one of the most well known and the most modern holiday resorts in Croatia. It's a town of more then 70 sports activities with 170 tennis courts located near to the sea in the nearby well-equipped tourist resorts of the Poreč Riviera. The ancient town on the peninsula was built by the Romans in the 2nd c., with a regular system of streets still maintained today. Today Poreč is a city of culture and fun, with numerous cultural monuments and a plenty of well-known bars, restaurants, night clubs, disco clubs. More than 200 villages that surround Poreč have moustly retained their original istrian style, set in a region of vineyards and olive fields. Famous, historical, busy bathing resort with 17'500 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north from Rovinj, 60 km north from Pula, 35 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 40 - 60 km.

Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Die Vermieter waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Pool war auch sehr schön. Ich kann diese Unterkunft sehr empfehlen.

Es lief alles reibungslos ab. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich. Sie konnte immer helfen, der Pool war auch sehr gut. Die Wohnung war sehr gut. Das WLAN war nicht ganz so stabil aber es hat ausgereicht. Ich kann dieses Apartment nur weiterempfehlen.

In diesem Haus mit den zwei Ferienwohnungen kann man sich nur wohl fühlen. Der sehr schöne Garten mit den zahlreichen, blühenden Pflanzen und der Pool laden ein, sich dort auch nachmittags aufzuhalten. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es hat uns rundum sehr gut gefallen.

Sehr gepflegtes Haus inkl. Garten. Hausbesitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Mega entspannend und ruhig vor Ort. Kurze Wege zum einkaufen oder zu Restaurants. Hat alles reibungslos geklappt.

Wir waren zu dritt mit unserer 14jährigen Tochter 2 Wochen in Nova Vas in der Nähe von Porec. Die Gastgeber, ein älteres Ehepaar, wohnen im Haus im Erdgeschoss und sind sehr freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist sauber, gut eingerichtet und ruhig. Es sind nur 2 Ferienwohnungen für 2 Familien vorhanden. Da hat man am großen und sauberen Pool immer Platz und es ist recht ruhig. Im Ort gibt es ein gutes Restaurant und 2 kleine Läden. Wir können die Unterkunft nur Bestnoten geben.

Schöne und gepflegte Wohnung. Der Pool und der Garten - einfach traumhaft. Sehr freundlicher Vermieter. Neuer Flachbildschirm und neue Matrazen im Schlafzimmer. Im Ort gibt es einen neuen kleinen Supermarkt, der mit dem Auto in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Wir haben uns rundum wohl gefühlt.
