Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 french bed (160 cm). 1 room with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 bed. Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. No heating option. Facilities: iron, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Single-family house "Vita". In the hamlet Filipana 8 km from the centre of Marčana, 5 km from the centre of Krnica, 10 km from the centre of Vodnjan, 7 km from the sea. Private: property 1'700 m2, trees, meadow, swimming pool angular (24 m2, seasonal availability: 13.May. - 23.Sep.) with internal staircase. Volleyball, terrace (15 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access, washing machine. 20 m long bumpy motor access. Parking on the premises. Shop 4 km, supermarket 10 km, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach "Luka Krnica" 7 km. Marina 21 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups.

Location Description Pula

Pula - well-known, historical town with 59'000 inhabitants, in the southern part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 60 km south from Porec, 30 km south from Rovinj, 50 km south from Pazin. In the resort: shopping centre, shops, post office, restaurant, disco, night club, casino, concerts, museum. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage. Besides: pharmacy, doctor.

Ein sehr schönes Haus ruhig gelegen. Grosses Grundstück. Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet, schönes Bad ,die Schlafzimmern gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Pool ist sauber und ausreichend. Der Gastgeber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Ruhige Lage schönes und sauberes Pool. Der Besitzer sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer liebevoll gestaltet. Sauberes Bad mit Dusche. Nicht weit von Pula entfernt. Allgemein schöne Gegend.

Schöne Lage, netter Vermieter, sehr sauber und fast überall gute Ausstattung aber das Badezimmer muss renoviert werden und eine neue Kaffemaschine her. Der kleine Sonnenschirm am Pool passt nicht in den Ständer und fliegt ständig weg, also am Pool leider kein Sonnenschutz verfügbar.

Ihre Anmerkungen zu den Verbesserungsmöglichkeiten haben wir sehr ernst genommen. Inzwischen wurde das Badezimmer vollständig renoviert, um unseren Gästen noch mehr Komfort zu bieten. Auch das Thema Sonnenschutz am Pool haben wir adressiert und neue, passende Sonnenschirme samt Ständern wurden angeschafft. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen, um Ihnen die Verbesserungen persönlich zu präsentieren.

Es ist ein sehr schönes Häuschen mit großen Pool. Wunderschön ruhig gelegen, dadurch ist auch nicht gleich eine größere Stadt und das Meer in der Nähe, was aber bekannt war. Hat uns aber nicht gestört. Es ist alles da was man braucht z. B Fön, Bügelbrett... . Der Pool ist schön tief (ging uns bis zum Schultern) wo wir super Wasserball gespielt haben. Der Vermieter ist auch super Nett, hat sich immer erkundigt ob alles ok ist und wenn nicht, war er gleich da. Wir hatten ein wunderschönen Urlaub dort.

Das Bungalow war sehr schön, gut ausgestattet, hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Pool super, Garten sehr gepflegt, sehr ruhige Gegend. Das einzige was uns bisschen genervt hat, der weite Weg zum Strand und zu den Geschäften aber dies stand ja in der Beschreibung. Aufjedenfall sehr empfehlenswert, der Vermieter auch sehr nett ( spricht aber nur Englisch)ansonsten nichts zu bemängeln, wir werden bestimmt die Ferienunterkunft nochmal buchen.

Pool und Grillecke super! Bad ist renovierungsbedürftig, Abflüsse stinken, lose Kabel gehen aus der Wand, Duschkopf dringend auswechseln. Senderliste für TV wäre hilfreich, genau wie Gebrauchsanweisung für Kaffee-Kapselmaschine.
