Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Bath/bidet/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. Facilities: iron, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Private: property 400 m2 (fenced), lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (9 x 3 m, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 01.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 500 m, supermarket 7 km, bus stop 6.6 km, pebble beach 28 km, rocky beach 28 km.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche im Ferienhaus verbracht. Die Fotos entsprechen in jeder Hinsicht der Realität, es ist alles da, was man braucht (uns wurde sogar eine nagelneue Mikrowelle gebracht, nachdem wir gefragt haben, ob der Ofen bereits damit ausgestattet ist). Super sauber und neu, toller Pool, WLAN, jederzeitige Erreichbarkeit des Vermieters, Kontakt in Deutsch, sicherer Parkplatz, viel Platz, einfach zum Wohlfühlen. Zentral, um ganz Istrien zu erkunden. Besser geht es nicht, Bestnote.

Das Haus ist sehr schön und genau wie in der Anzeige beschrieben. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt ….auch die Betreuung durch den Vermieter vor Ort ist perfekt , hilfsbereit und super nett .

Wir haben uns in dem Haus sehr wohl gefühlt. Der Garten ist vor Einblicken der Nachbarn geschützt, man hat viel Privatsphäre. Die Lage in Zentralistrien ist ideal, um Istrien zu erkunden. In 7 km Entfernung gibt es Lidl und Plodine zum Einkaufen. Der Pool ist schön groß und sauber. Insgesamt ist das Haus gut gepflegt. Wir haben schon viele Fewos gesehen. Hier ist auch in den Schränken alles blitzeblank. Im Ort gibt es auch mind. ein gutes Restaurant, "Doma". Das Vijulin in Tinjan ist auch super

Eine Wohnung, die den Namen auch verdient! Den frischen Salat gab es stets von der Oma, die nebenan wohnt. Besitzer H. (Hallo, der Poolboy ist da) kommt regelmäßig, um nach dem Rechten zu sehen, den Pool zu reinigen, Wechselwäsche zu bringen und auch sonst zu helfen, wo er kann. Die ganze Familie ist herzlich und immer zu erreichen. Vorsicht beim selbstgebrannten Mistelschnaps, der Wein der Schwägerin ist weniger umwerfend -)

Das Haus war extrem sauber, auch wurde der Pool 2X wöchentlich vom Eigentümer gereinigt. Der Kontakt vor Ort ... ist hier besonders positiv zu erwähnen. Es wird fließend deutsch gesprochen und alles war einfach perfekt. Wir kommen gerne wieder ! Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub und bis Bald !
