For shared use: property 1'000 m2 with lawn and trees. Private: swimming pool (26 m2, depth 120 - 140 cm, seasonal availability: 15.May. - 30.Sep.) with internal staircase. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 3 cars) on the premises. Shop 3 km, bus stop 1.9 km, pebble beach 21 km. Marina 23 km. Please note: airfield 35 km from the property.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Das Ferienhaus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit gepflegtem Swimmingpool. Das Haus versprüht einen gemütlichen mediterranen Charme. Leider ist es im Haus sehr dunkel, hier würden hellere Lampen ganz schnell Abhilfe schaffen. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett. Wir waren mit Hund unterwegs und der große eingezäunte Garten war für uns optimal. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist zentral und sehr vorteilhaft wenn man viele Punkte Istriens erreichen will.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub Mareen K.

Kroatien ist eine Reise wert. Es war traumhaft. Das Haus war sehr schön, genauso wie das Grundstück. Alles ordentlich und gepflegt, schöner Pool und die Vermieterin ist sehr freundlich… man bemerkt sie garnicht. Handtücher wurden gewechselt und alles war sauber. Man kann die größeren Städte innerhalb einer halben Stunde erreichen.

Wir hatten eine schöne Zeit im Haus Jadranka. Pool zur Alleinnutzung ist perfekt. Eigentümerin, sehr bemüht, hat täglich (Früh morgens) den Pool gereinigt. Das Haus hat wenige Fenster, zudem auch noch kleine, daher sehr dunkel. Ausstattung ist in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles vorhanden. 2 Ventilatoren sind vorhanden, keine Klimaanlage. Durch das dicke Mauerwerk ist es im Haus aber angenehm temperiert. Haus sehr hellhörig und Holzboden (OG + DG) knarrt ziemlich! Kl.Kühlschrank inkl Gefrierfach

Das Haus ist von außen sehr schön. Der Garten ist groß und war für unseren Hund ideal zum toben und spielen.

Wer mehrere Ziele (Rovinj, Porec, Brsec, Labin, Fazana, Pula, Medulin oder Kamenjak) in Istrien besuchen will (alles von hier in rund 30 Minuten zu erreichen) und dennoch einen ruhigen und erholsamen Urlaub verbringen will, der kommt an diesem Feriendomizil nicht vorbei! 50Minuten zur Fähre nach Brestova / Insel Cres. Drei Etagen zur Verfügung, vor der Haustür ein "Dach von Kiwis" (natürlich jahreszeitbedingt), überdachten Frühstücks- Grillplatz, Pool (ja, da ist reinspringen aus versicherungstechnischen Gründen untersagt) und eine sehr herzliche und zurückhaltende Vermieterin. Also für Alle die einen erholsamen (Erlebnis-) Urlaub erleben wollen...!
