Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). 2 showers/WC. No heating option. Deck chairs. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed.

Sveti Petar u Šumi 28 km from Rovinj: Single-family house "Vrt", built in 2018. 600 m from the centre of Sveti Petar u Šumi, 6 km from the centre of Žminj, 28 km from the sea. Private: property 500 m2 (fenced) with lawn and trees, swimming pool angular (7 x 3 m, 24 m2, depth 140 cm, seasonal availability: 01.May. - 28.Oct.). Outdoor shower, terrace (27 m2), garden furniture, barbecue, children's playground (swing). In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Shop 200 m, supermarket 6 km, bus stop 7.1 km, rocky beach 28 km. Please note: airfield 40 km from the property.

Location Description Rovinj

Rovinj is a fascinating ancient town with a special charm for already 17 centuries - it's a town monument, developed withing the town walls, with numerous beautiful buildings, parks, little streets and squares. It is called the town of atmosphere and events, with a lot of cultural manifestations, exhibitions, art galleries, bars, restaurants, wine testing, as well as the town of fishermen, sportmen and artists. Rovinj is surrounded by 20 green islands and islets, beaches, park-wood and sport centres. Chic, historical, busy town with 14'200 inhabitants, in the western part of the peninsula, directly by the sea, 40 km north-west from Pula, 40 km south from Porec, 50 km south-west from Pazin. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage.

Alles sauber, freundliche Vermieter

Schönes Haus und toller Garten Melanie S.

Waren 2 Wochen hier. Es hat uns wirklich toll gefallen. Haus war sauber. Vermieter war sehr nett und immer erreichbar. Garten ist komplett eingezäunt. Unsere Hunde konnten frei rennen. Pool war auch schön und groß. Können wir sehr weiterempfehlen. Hatten eine schöne Zeit dort.

Das Haus ist sehr sauber und der Vermieter freundlich und immer ansprechbar. Wir haben uns in dem großen Haus mit dem wunderschönen und sauberen Pool sehr wohl gefühlt. Bei der großen Hitze fiel eine der beiden Klimageräte aus, aber der Vermieter fand sofort einen Techniker, der sie reparierte. Wir können das Haus jederzeit weiterempfehlen.

Schönes Haus ideal für Familien mit HundMaria G.

Großes eingezäuntes Gartengrundstück mir Wiese und PKW Stellplatz. Grossräumige offene Küche, 3 einzelne Schlafräume und 2 vollwertige Bäder. 2 Klimaanlagen sorgen auch bei hohen Aussentemperaturen für angenehmen Wohn- und Schlafkomfort. Eine Waschmaschine, sowie 2 Kühlschränke, deutsches TV Programm und Wlan sind ebenfalls vorhanden. Einkaufsmöglichkeit 2 Gehminuten entfernt. Dort gibt es alles für den täglichen Bedarf.

Alles sehr sauber. Nette Hausbesitzer. Leider gab es kleine Probleme mit der Klimaanlage. Ansonsten sind wir sehr zufrieden!

Das Haus ist sehr schön mit moderner Küche und modernen Bädern. Es ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ruhig gelegen. Für Hundebesitzer wichtig: gut eingezäunt, wunderschöne Spazier- und Wanderwege direkt vor Ort. Unsere Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und unsere beiden Vierbeiner auch!!!

Søde værter med højt serviceniveau. Dejligt hus med hyggelig, ugenert have m pool hvor solen var fra kl 8 til solnedgang. Håndklæder ret små og der manglede svabere til gulvet i badeværelserne. Ellers et virkelig dejligt og velindrettet hus med alt lige fra viskestykker til isterningposer. Lille by med lokal købmand i gå-afstand. Ingen turister, dejlig lokalt.

Das Haus steht auf einem schönen Grundstück. Leider ist die Nachbarschaft nicht unbedingt auf Ruhe aus. Permanent laute Radiobeschallung aus der Nachbarschaft ist nicht unbedingt förderlich zum Entspannen am Pool. Die Besitzer sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

Eine sehr gepflegte Unterkunft mit sehr netten und diskreten Vermietern. Absolut ruhig gelegen, mit kurzen Wegen zu einem Shop für den täglich bedarf. Hundesicher eingezäunt, was einen doch sehr gut Entspannen lässt ( Hundebesitzer Wissen bescheid ;-) ) Ansonsten ist der Garten fast Blicksicher von außen, was zum entspannen einlädt. Wir hatten einen Rund um Zufriedenen Urlaub

Das Ferienhaus ist sehr schön und an Sauberkeit fast nicht zu übertreffen. Es ist sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet und es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Das Highlight ist natürlich der tolle Pool. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt, also auch mit Hund bestens geeignet. Wer Ruhe haben möchte, ist hier genau richtig. Zum Meer nach Porec oder Rovinj fährt man ca. 25 Minuten. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett, zuvorkommend und jederzeit für uns ansprechbar.
