Electric heating (extra). Balcony 10 m2. Balcony furniture. Marvellous panoramic view of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance, fire extinguisher.

Tuliševica 6 km from Lovran: 2-family house "Josip". Above Lovran, in the hamlet Tuliševica 12 km from the centre of Opatija, in a quiet, sunny position on a slope, 6.5 km from the sea, in a cul-de-sac. Private: meadow 90 m2. Pergola (30 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Parking at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1 km, bus stop 550 m, shingle beach 6.5 km, rocky beach 6.5 km, concrete beach 6.5 km.

Location Description Lovran

Historical, quiet, family-friendly town with 4'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka (1400m), 6 km south from Opatija, 20 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy at 6 - 20 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 6 - 20 km.

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school. Tennis (2 km). Fishing (permit required). 12 km hiking paths. 40 km bicycle paths, 40 km mountain bike routes, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Die Vermieter waren ... Kränzlein B.

Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Straßen waren katastrophal bei unserem Audi sind die Reifen durch gegangenen sodass wir bei der nachbarin im Hof parken durften. Wir haben uns nach 4 Tagen einen Ventilator gekauft weil es so extrem heiss war und es keine Klima gab. Meine Frau hatte so Angst als sie die Einfahrt sah weil es richtig steil bergab ging. Strafzettel haben wir auch sehr viele bekommen das verteilen sie sehr gerne. Das beste Restaurant war der delfino. Wir würden nicht mehr kommen. Es ist so teuer geworden für ein bananensplit 12€. Aber die Vermieter waren sehr sehr nett und lieb.

Astonishing view over the bay! Magic terrace and nice with grill. Quiet and peaceful surroundings. Lovely hosts. The best choice ever if you have a car since the elevation from the ocean is steap.

Bei Frau und Herrn B. zu Gast zu sein, heißt kroatische Gastfreundlichkeit erleben. Wir haben uns bei unserem viertägigen Aufenthalt sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Wohnung ist großzügig gestaltet, gemütlich eingerichtet und der Blick aufs Meer atemberaubend. Die Anfahrt haben wir im Dunkeln ohne Probleme gemeistert. Aber die letzten 10 Meter vor dem Haus sind wir dann doch lieber zu Fuß gegangen. Liebe Familie B., wir kommen wieder. Beste Grüße auch von meiner 94-jährigen Mutter.

Die auf dem Berg oben gelegene Unterkunft bietet eine perfekte Umgebung wenn man einen entspannten, ruhigen Urlaub verbringen möchte. Allein die Aussicht, kaum zu beschreiben, einfach top. Dazu die netten, hilfreichen Vermieter, das hat für uns alles gepasst.

In einer ruhigen Gegend gelegenes Ferienhaus mit einem fantastischen Ausblick über die Region! Die beiden Vermieter standen mit vielen Tipps und Hinweisen zur Verfügung. War für uns ein sehr erholsamer, entspannter Urlaub.

Wir waren im Oktober für 9 Tage in Tuliševica. Tolle Lage und Aussicht aufs Meer sind von der „ Ferienwohnung Josip“ aus garantiert. Die Gastgeber sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen.

Die Ferienwohnung mit ihren drei Schlafzimmern war sehr schön. Wir haben uns mit den Kindern sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind äußerst gastfreundlich und helfen bei jeglichen Problemen sofort. Der Blick von der Terrasse und dem Balkon ist einzigartig und atemberaubend. Für die steile Anfahrt zum Haus braucht man ein wenig fahrerisches Können. Dies wird mit viel Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit aber dann belohnt.

Vermieter sind, ein sehr nettes älteres Ehepaar. Können ein wenig Deutsch und Englisch. Man konnte sich gut verständigen. Apartement ist in Lovran, fast ganz oben auf dem Berg. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse und Balkon ist einfach unbeschreiblich. Das Apartment ist sehr sauber, frische Bettwäsche und Handtücher in jedem Zimmer (Kleiderschrank)vorhanden. Waschmaschine, Internet und deutsche Sender auf dem Fernseher. Das einzige was wir vermisst hatten, war eine Kaffeemaschine. Sonst alles perfekt!
