Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace. Terrace furniture, barbecue, deck chairs (4). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Private entrance.

Apartment house "Branka". 100 m from the centre of Moščenice, 3 km from the centre of Moščenička Draga, 3 km from the sea, 3 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. For shared use: property 2'000 m2 with trees. In the house: internet access, washing machine (for shared use, extra). Parking at the house on the premises. Shop, restaurant 100 m, bus stop 180 m, pebble beach 3 km.

Location Description Mošćenička Draga

Small, busy resort with 2'000 inhabitants, in the western part of the region, directly by the sea, situated at the foot Ucka, 7 km south-west from Lovran, 14 km south-west from Opatija, 30 km south-west from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, sauna, solarium, massage, thalassotherapy at 7 - 14 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 7 - 30 km.

Summer

Pebble beach, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, mountain bike routes. Children's playground.

Bis auf die Vermieterin und das Bad ist die Wohnung eine totale KATASTROPHE. Gebucht haben wir eine Ferienwohnung, bekommen haben wir drei Zimmer mit Sperrmüll. Nichts in dieser Wohnung war noch intakt. Nein nicht ganz, das Badezimmer war irgendwie neu und die Spülmaschine funktionierte. Der Rest der Einrichtung ist nicht zumutbar, alles fällt auseinander und ist kaputt und wirkt wie vom Sperrmüll zusammengetragen ( noch freundlich). Diese Wohnung so wie jetzt, ist nicht zur Vermietung geeignet

Wir bedauern, dass die Unterkunft Ihren Erwartungen nicht entsprochen hat. Wie auf den Fotos in der Ausschreibung ersichtlich, ist die Einrichtung nicht modern sondern zweckmäßig. Ihre Beertung haben wir an die Vermieterin weitergeleitet und gebeten, die Möbel auf eventuelle Defekte zu kontrollieren und ggf. zu beheben.

Sehr altes Ambiente, Betten waren unter am schlimmsten, sehr weit vom Meer entfernt, Eingang zum Wohnung extrem schmal was Problem darstellt. Einzige was gut war, ist Badezimmer war sehr neu Rest war siebziger Jahren. Die Vermieterin hat am Anfang nur kroatisch gesprochen, wo zum Schluss mich sehr überrascht hat, dass sie sehr gut Deutsch gesprochen hat. Die Frage ist, warum hat sie am Anfang mit mir nicht auf Deutsch kommuniziert?. Ich war persönlich sehr oft in Kroatien. war sehr enttäuschend.

Wir sind mit 2 Kindern (5 und 7 Jahre) und 2 Erwachsenen angereist. Die 50qm Wohnung passte super zu unserer Familie und ließ keine Wünsche offen. Die ca. 750 Treppenstufen zum Strand runter und rauf haben die Kinder täglich ohne murren mit viel Spaß bewältigt. Der Strand liegt traumhaft. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend.

L'appartement est situé sous la maison du propriétaire. Il est confortable et spacieux équipé d'une terrasse privée, ombragée et équipée. La vue sur mer est magnifique. L'environnement est calme, en revanche on entend les va-et-vient des autres locataires et du propriétaire qui au demeurant ne parle pas anglais. Ustensiles de cuisine très limités en nombre (ex. pas de micro-onde) Pas d'eau chaude en cuisine (ça fait disjoncter) Bac à douche fissuré. Des ventilateurs auraient appréciés.
