Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/bidet/WC. No heating option. Terrace partly roofed. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed.

Apartment house "Vukelic". 1.1 km from the centre of Novi Vinodolski, 10 km from the centre of Crikvenica, 250 m from the sea, 250 m from the beach. For shared use: property 800 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn and trees. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Public parking on the road. Shop 500 m, bus stop 1.3 km, pebble beach, rocky beach 250 m.

Location Description Novi Vinodolski

Cosy, busy, family-friendly resort with 6'000 inhabitants, in the south-eastern part of the region, directly by the sea, 12 km south-east from Crikvenica, 45 km south-east from Rijeka. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, wellness centre, fitness centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage, thalassotherapy at 12 - 15 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 12 - 45 km.

Pebble beach, suitable for children. Stoney beach. Rocky beach. Outdoor swimming pool. Waterpark. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis. Minigolf. Riding. Bezüglich der Sauberkeit wird dafür gesorgt, dass vor der nächsten Saison eine gründliche Inspektion durchgeführt und notwendige Maßnahmen ergriffen werden, um Schimmelbildung für die Zukunft zu verhindern. Die Unterkunft hat ihren eigenen Charakter, der durch die Bilder im Vorfeld kommuniziert wird. Wir hoffen auf eine erneute Gelegenheit, Sie unter besseren Bedingungen willkommen zu heißen.

Im großen und ganzen war es in Ordnung. Gleich bei der Ankunft mussten wir 125 Euro Kaution entrichten, da ist Vorsicht geboten. Bei uns waren z.b. Klohbrille und Fliegengitter Netz bereits defekt und trotz Foto mit Datum war das kein Beweis für die. Nach Kontrolle der Wohnung haben die das gleich ich Fokus genommen und wir wurden um 25 Euro erleichtert.... Da Leute aufpassen. Terrasse ist schön mit Grillmöglichkeit. Möbel alt in der Küche müffelt es etwas.

Es war im großen und ganzen in Ordnung. Die Möbel sind jedoch alt und es müffelt etwas in der Küche. Kaution mussten wir gleich bei Ankunft bezahlen, da sage ich nur vorsichtig. Einige Sachen wie Klohbrille oder Fliegengitter Netz waren schon vorher defekt und nach verlassen der Wohnung haben die dieses gleich in Fokus genommen. Meiner Meinung nach war das Absicht um etwas Geld abzuzocken. Trotz Foto und Datum an dem Ankunft Tag war ihnen das nicht Beweis genug und wir wurden von 125 Euro Kaution um 25 Euro erleichtert. Zigeuner Masche. Da vorsichtig sein Leute. Wenn man kocht und der Boiler geht an schlägt die Sicherung aus. Ohne Klimaanlage ist in heißen Nächten schwer zu schlafen. Terrasse ist schön. Grill dabei.
