Open kitchen (1 hot plate, oven, dishwasher, 3 gas rings, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. No heating option. Terrace 40 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. Distant view of the sea. Facilities: washing machine, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: private entrance.

Podgradina 8 km from Novigrad: Terraced house "Elena". 7 km from the centre of Posedarije, in a sunny, elevated position, 2.2 km from the sea, 2.2 km from the beach. Private: property 450 m2 (fenced), swimming pool angular (8 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 04.May. - 05.Oct.). WC in the pool area, garden furniture, barbecue house, pool maintenance by the owner/gardener. In the house: internet access. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 750 m, supermarket 6 km, restaurant 5 km, bus stop 500 m, sandy beach 4 km, shingle beach 2.2 km. Nearby attractions: NP Paklenica 30 km, NP Krka 80 km. Groups of teenagers on request only. Please note: the owner lives on the same property.

Location Description Novigrad (Zadar)

Is situated on the coast of the so-called Novigrad Sea, a closed and shallow bay northeast of Zadar with the estuary of the river Zrmanja. The coast abouns in mussels and oysters. Major attractions in the area include the beautiful, picturesque valley of the Zrmanja river with its impressive canyon (rafting), rich gastronomic offer (lamb, prosciutto, wine), fishing opportunities in the surroundings, as well as a number of cultural and historical monuments. Attractive are also the excursions to Paklenica National Park and Zadar. Novigrad - small, quiet fishing village with 2'400 inhabitants, in the northern part of the region, directly by the sea, 27 km east from Zadar, 10 km south-east from Posedarje. In the resort: grocery, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant, bar, folklore evenings, evening entertainment. Besides: pharmacy 6 km, doctor. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 10 - 27 km.

Tolles Ferienhaus mit privatem PoolFabian E.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und geräumig. Alle Schlafräume sind klimatisiert. Der Garten, das Grillhaus am Pool sowie der Pool selbst sind super schön und man hat ausreichend Privatsphäre. Die Umgebung hat uns leider nicht gefallen, fußläufig ist nichts zu erreichen, im Ort selbst gibt es nichts. Touristischen Flair gibt es in Zadar (30 Min) oder Nin (40 Min) Meereseinstiege sind innerhalb von wenigen Fahrtminuten zu erreichen.

Tolles Haus Gabriele I.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles ist sehr gepflegt und war super sauber, als wir ankamen. Das Highlight ist definitiv der private Garten mit Pool. Der Pool wird regelmäßig gereinigt und im Garten wohnten zur Freude der Kinder kleine Schildkröten. Die Hausbesitzer sind sehr herzlich und haben uns zwischendurch Gemüse aus dem Garten oder eine Flasche Wein gebracht. Das Dorf ist klein aber mit dem Auto ist ein schöner Strand in Posedarje und Supermärkte etc in etwa 10 min Fahrt erreichbar.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen, vor allem der Pool war bei 38 Grad sehr angenehm. In einem Schlafzimmer und im Wohnzimmer gab es eine Air-conditioning. Ansonsten ist die Wohnung sehr großflächig und hat alles was man so braucht. Der Strand ist nur mit dem Auto zu erreichen, man ist aber in 5 min da und wir haben immer ein schattiges Plätzchen bekommen. Der Strand war Kiesel, im Wasser war dann Sand. Ein großer Supermarkt auch nur 10 min mit dem Auto entfernt, uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Die Vermieterin hat uns immer leckeres Obst und Gemüse gebracht. Beide Vermieter waren generell hilfreich und sehr nett. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
