Exit to the terrace. Terrace 15 m2. Deck chairs (5). Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house.

Very beautiful single-family house "Sea side", 2 storeys, renovated in 2024. In the district of Kranj, in a sunny position, 30 m from the sea, 30 m from the beach. Private: property 450 m2 with wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine, tumble dryer. Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 1.5 km, restaurant 1.5 km.

Location Description Pašman

Small village, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south from Zadar, 57 km north from Šibenik. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 8 km, doctor 2 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 30 km. Access: motorway A1 Zagreb - Split, exit number "Zadar II".
