Kitchen (oven, 4 gas rings). Shower/WC. Wood heating. No heating option. Terrace 20 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture. View of the sea. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Solar energy. Water (cistern).

Single-family house "Antica". 4 km from the centre of Banj, 6 km from the centre of Dobropoljana, 16 km from the centre of Tkon, from the sea, 10 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, wildlife garden and trees. Outdoor shower, terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: internet access. Narrow motor access to the house (4 km via unmade road). Parking (for 2 cars) at the house on the premises. Shop 4 km, ferry 18 km, rocky beach 10 m. Please note: private mooring, on request. Part of the house is closed and unoccupied.

Location Description Pašman

Small village, in the south-eastern part of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km south from Zadar, 57 km north from Šibenik. In the resort: grocery, bakery, restaurant. Besides: pharmacy 8 km, doctor 2 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 30 km. Access: motorway A1 Zagreb - Split, exit number "Zadar II".

Die Lage des Hauses könnte schöner nicht sein. Zufahrt ist allerdings teilweise beschwerlich, was aber für robinsonhäuser auf Pašman generell zutrifft. Das Haus ist einfach aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet. Vermieterin spricht nur kroatisch, Verständigung konnte nur über Verwandte in englisch geführt werden. Alle waren sehr nett und freundlich.

Domek bardzo ładny , otoczenie malownicze. Cisza, spokój , można wypocząć . Dla czterech osób domek wystarczający, dla sześciu mógłby być problem z jedną łazienką .

Wir waren jetzt zum dritten Mal in diesem romantischen Robinson Haus. Es ist wie immer alles liebevoll hergerichtet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und sehr hilfsbereit. Die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit sind wohltuend, so dass man richtig abschalten kann. Der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist immer wieder genial. Mit dem Rad oder mit dem Auto kann man zum Einkaufen auf die andere Inselseite fahren. Zum Essen gehen ist das Restaurant Zrinski in Dobropoljana sehr zu empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Haus mit allem ausgestattet was man so braucht. 10 Meter vom Meer entfernt. Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Vom Grill aufs Meer schauen. Unbezahlbar. Wer Erholung braucht sollte sich hier eine Auszeit gönnen. Echt empfehlenswert. Kommen auch ein drittes mal her.

Traum vom Robinson Haus Matthias G.

Wir waren dieses Jahr zum 4 mal in diesem Haus. Es ist einfach perfekt und jetzt das erste Mal mir Kleinkind. Das ist sehr gut da jetzt Grundstück komplett eingezäunt und mit Toren versehen. Es gibt für uns nichts besseres. Vermieter sindsuper und die Zufahrt wird immer besser.

Das Haus ist wie auf den Bildern. Die Gastgeber sind sehr freundlich und bei einem Problem mit dem WLAN haben sie sich gleich darum gekümmert. Durch die Abgeschiedenheit ist es sehr ruhig und erholsam. Die Zufahrt ist mit einem normalen PKW fahrbar. Einziges Manko sind die Matratzen, diese sind schon sehr durch gelegen. Wir fahren gerne wieder hin.

Hallo. Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Einfach aber alles da was benötigt wird. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Hilfe bei Problemen ist in 30 Minuten vor Ort. Wir kommen wieder, Ruhe pur.

Wir sind zum 3. mal in diesem besonderen Haus . Es ist wunderbar einfach und doch wie im Paradies die Anfahrt ist etwas besser geworden. Wunderbare Vermieter und das Meer direkt vor dem Haus. Besser geht es nicht.

The house is everything you expect. The location is like paradise. Outside you have a lot of nice spots to sit. We came to work there ('home office') with a little group. The internet was good, we never had problems to work. There is one house next to the house, but if there are no guests over there you are completely alone! Make sure you have a car, because its 1 hour walk to get to a shop. The owners of the house have a nice restaurant at the other side of the island. They are very friendly!

Wir wahren zum zweiten Mal in diesen Haus. Es gibt für uns kein Besseres Haus es ist sehr einfach gehalten aber so soll es ja sein . Wunderschön gelegen die Anfahrt mit SUV gut möglich. Die Vermieter sind super .

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben. Alles in Ordnung , Lage sehr gut . Ein kleiner Hacken gibt es allerdings, und das ist zu Zufahrt. Die letzten 3 Kilometer sind doch ein wenig erschwert. Wenn dieser ganz betoniert wäre, hätte man es einfacher. Ansonsten eine sehr gute Unterkunft.

Nach einer recht abenteuerlichen Anreise zum Teil auf Schotterpisten bot sich uns ein traumhafter Zugang zum Meer. Das Haus ist einfach aber liebevoll ausgestattet (entsprach der Beschreibung zu 100%). Wir hatten ausreichend Proviant dabei und konnten uns gut damit versorgen (empfohlen!). Das Highlight war die Außendusche, die wir morgens mit Wasser aus der Zisterne aufgefüllt haben und das Bad innen entbehrlich machten. Ansonsten Meer satt von morgens bis spät abends.
