Single-family house "Danijel". 12 km from the centre of Zadar, 800 m from the centre of Sukošan, 18 km from the centre of Biograd, in the residential district, 700 m from the sea, 700 m from the beach. Private: property 700 m2, meadow, swimming pool angular (7 x 4 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Apr. - 28.Oct.) with internal staircase. Outdoor shower, terrace, barbecue. In the house: internet access, washing machine. Parking (for 2 cars) on the premises. Supermarket 800 m, rocky beach 700 m.

Zadar - historical, busy, family-friendly town with 80'000 inhabitants, in the centre of the region, directly by the sea, in a convenient position. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Ein schönes Ferienhaus, mit einem großen Pool. Die Vermieter sind extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Haus und der Pool waren sehr sauber und gut gepflegt. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, mit allem was man brauchen könnte.

Die Tage in dem Ferienhaus waren super. Das Haus ist genau wie auf den Bildern - Super netter und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber der sich ebenso bei Anliegen Zeit nimmt. Einer der Strände ist in etwa 12 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Küchenausstattung ist total ausreichend. Der Pool ist in seiner Größe als auch tiefe mit 1,40m wirklich gut. Grill vorhanden & gut. Die gesamte Anlage hat uns sehr überzeugt und war sehr sauber. Zadar ist mit dem Auto etwa 15-20 Minuten entfernt - geht also gut.

Huset ligger i en dejlig rolig by. Værten tog imod og kom og rensede pool hver anden dag. Opredningen på sofa er ikke velegnet til 2 voksne.

Es hätte nicht besser sein können! Super netter Vermieter Kurzer Fußweg ins Dorf oder ans Meer Wir haben schon wieder reserviert. Leider sind in Kroatien die Preise im Juli / August sehr teuer

Einfaches Ferienhaus. Waren zu zweit dort. Freundlicher Vermieter. Pool müsste nur öfters gereinigt werden. Ansonsten nicht zu beanstanden. Hatten eine schöne Zeit.

Wir können dieses Haus nur empfehlen. Das erste Ferienhaus wo nichts zu beanstanden war. Der Pool hatte zwischen 28 u. 30 Grad und ist riesig, so das man auch wirklich klasse schwimmen kann. Zu jeder Tages und Nachtzeit. Das Grundstück ist nicht einsehbar gestaltet. Die Vermieter sind Supernett und kommen alle 2 Tage zu Poolreinigen. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht und 2 komplette Duschbäder. Das hatten wir auch noch nicht. Eine Klimaanlage war selbst verständlich auch da und eine SAT-Anlage

Ein schönes Haus in guten Zustand! Es gibt nichts zu beanstanden. Ein Pool gibt es leider nicht, aber er ist Geplant. Sauber .Jede Woche Handtücher und Bettzeugwechsel.
