Log cottage 2008, living room/kitchen, bedroom upstairs 2 beds and convertible sofa, steep stairs to upper floor, washroom, shower, sauna (wood-burning stove), large open porch. Fiber optic internet connection. An electric car charging point (max charging power 11 A) 300 m from the cottage at the owner's house. Payment to the owner. Small cottage with all conveniences. Yard area is on slope with grass and trees. By a separate agreement possible to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. Snowmobile trail passes close to cottage. Snowmobiles available for rent by arrangement. For rent: Sub board, bicycles, 2 fatbikes, 2 electric mountain bikes, snowshoes, snowmobile.
