Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Parking space n 48. Please note: smoke alarm.

Location Description Royan

Family-friendly bathing resort with 5'100 inhabitants, 5 km south from Royan, 15 km south from St Palais sur mer, 82 km south from La Rochelle. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Royan is at the mouth of the estuary of the Gironde, in the Poitou- Charentes part. This is the largest estuary in Europe. The station is located opposite the Pointe de Grave and Medoc, location and land of famous wines such as Médoc, Haut-Médoc, Saint-Estèphe, Saint-Julien, Listrac, Moulis, Margaux and many others...At only 65 km from Cognac, eponyme of the world famous "eau-de -vie". Including the area aperitif Pineau des Charentes .

Sandy beach. Sports harbour. Diving, sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing. Tennis, squash, golf course. Riding. Hiking paths. Mountain bike routes. Main market in Royan. Cruises between the islands of Oleron, Re, Aix. The huge 400 ha La Coubre forest is located in the north, it stretches from St Palais to La Tremblade.

Very modern comfortable apartment ideal for a couple looking to be close to the beach and restaurants as well as the lovely walks or cycling to La Palmyre or St George de Didon via Royan. Royan is accessible by regular buses with cheap fares. The apartment has all the key essentials to make your holiday easy especially a comfortable bed.

Appartement spacieux, agréable, bien équipé, bien placé. Propriétaire soucieuse du bien-être de ses locataires. Prêts à y séjourner à nouveau. NB : un fauteuil supplémentaire serait le bienvenu pour regarder la télévision (même si l'objectif du séjour est de profiter de la plage et / ou des paysages côtiers).

Très agréable location à deux pas de la mer. Deux pièces spacieux et bien équipé (LL, LV). Parking. Propriétaire sympathique et accommodant. Pas internet (pas gênant pour nous). Seule petite demande : ajouter une couette pour les locations d'hiver (plutôt que des couvertures).
