Terrace furniture, deck chairs (5). View of the sea and the countryside. Facilities: washing machine, iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Parking (fenced 3 cars). Please note: maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm. Facilities: 1 baby bathtub, 1 baby booster seat, 2 strollers, 2 baby cots.

Wirklich ein tolles Haus. Schön aufgeteilt und geräumig. Ideal für die Großfamilie oder mehrere Pärchen. Super ausgestattete Küche. Man vermisst eigentlich nichts. Die Krönung wäre ein Pool, Platz wäre auf dem Grundstück genügend vorhanden! Leider standen wir zunächst vor dem falschen Haus, da ich die Google Maps Koordininaten verwendet hab, die leider fehlerhaft sind. Die on den Unterlagen angegebene Adresse ist allerdings korrekt. Auto oder und Fahrrad ist erforderlich.

The house has never been renovated, refreshed since its construction. Very old doors and windows, no mosquito net, artificial cemetery alike flowers in impressive quantities in the leaving room. No responce from the owners when smth is not working. Sanitary wear is in absolute decay. Very good terrace and view. Location is perfect. And the last: the toilet, prehistoric system of water evacuation- the water with the result of the visit almost flows out on you, before its total evacuation.

Uns hat das Roumagnac-Häusschen gut gefallen...doch das Haus würde eine Modernisierung vertragen, was den (Wohlfühl-)Wert sicher steigern würde. Leider gab es nur 2 halbwegs brauchbare Liegestühle, die anderen lagen kaputt und verrostet hinter dem Haus.... Die Filterkaffemaschine war noch mit verschimmeltem altem Kaffee gefüllt! tja...?! Das Sofa ist alt und mit ekligen Flecken übersäht.. Schutzbezüge für die Betten waren nicht vorhanden.. Der neue el. Kochherd ist besser als der alte Gas.

Zögern Sie bitte nie, die Kollegen bei jeglichen Mängeln zu informieren, denn es wird sich immer darum bemüht, zu helfen.

Positiv: Lage, tolle Aussicht, neue Betten/Matratzen. Negativ: Hauseinrichtung zweckmäßig (mehr Schein als Sein). Eine Einweisung der Elektrogeräte durch die Agentur erfolgte erst auf unsere Bitte hin. Hinweisschilder im Haus nur in Französisch (Englisch oder Deutsch wäre schon sehr hilfreich gewesen).Unterkunft hätte besser gereinigt sein können, Terrasse war auch stark verschmutz (Fettflecke, Speisereste). Agentur weigerte sich diese sauber zu machen. Die 5 Liegen waren defekt, nicht nutzbar.

Auf der Terrasse sind alte, provenzalische Steine verlegt, die mit der Zeit porös werden. Es handelt sich um Verfärbungen, die nicht entfernt werden können. Neue Liegen werden gekauft.

Bei Ankunft war das Haus nicht gut geputzt. Der Vorplatz war voller Blätter Tierkot& Zigarettenstummel waren auf der Veranda. Da hatte seit letztem Herbst niemand mehr geputzt. Auf unser Wunsch wurde etwas nachgeputzt, der Vorplatz leider nicht, dies mussten wir selber machen. Auch hatte es kein gratis WLAN,dies ist in aktueller Zeit unverständlich. Ansonsten schönes Haus mit einer wunderbaren Veranda (schattig), ruhig und für unsere Familie mit Kleinkinder gut. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen.
