Electric heating. Terrace 16 m2, south-east facing position. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Chalet "Picasso". 2 km from the centre, 1 km from the sea, 1 km from the beach. Private: property 400 m2. Shop 1 km, supermarket 850 m, restaurant 1 km, bus stop "Salle l'Escoure Océan" 1 km, sandy beach 600 m. Golf course (18 hole) 4 km, tennis 3 km, riding stable 15 km.

Location Description Lacanau

Situated in the middle of the Landes national park with its wild beach of 100 k m surrounded by forests and its lake of 200 hectares, busy, family-friendly bathing resort, 60 km north-west from Bordeaux, 80 km north from Arcachon. In the resort: supermarket, grocery, restaurant, bar, disco, casino, cinema.

Summer

In August, World surfing competition. 80 km of cycle routes. Sailing, surfing, sailing school, water skiing, canoeing. Tennis (21 outdoor courts, 2 indoor courts), squash, golf course 18 hole in l'Ardilouse, 2 more golf courses within a radius from 1 - 2 km. Riding. Fishing (permit required). Bicycle paths, bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground.

Das kleine Holzhäuschen ist sehr gemütlich, in einer ruhigen Lage (keine direkten Nachbarn) und einen schönen Balkon mit Blick in den Pinienwald. Man kann in 10-15 min zum Strand oder in die Stadt laufen. Manches ist aber auch etwas heruntergekommen (quietschendes Bett und durchgelegene Matratze, Dusche). Da stimmt dann das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht. Ansonsten hatten wir eine schöne, erholsame Zeit dort. Für 2 Personen war es passend, mehr fände ich eng.

Chalet très agréable et très bien situé. En revanche, les odeurs des évacuations sont trop présentes dans la salle de bain. Malgré cela ce fût un séjour plaisant.

ce logement manque d'entretien, le canapé est à changé car très vétuste ! le volet du salon ne ferme plus.

Cadre agréable mais logement à restaurer (salle de bains, wc, placard évier , canapé à changer avec ses tâches, literie HS grande chambre à changer (matelas pas confortable). Les volets ferment très mal surtout dans le coin salon. Gros rafraîchissement à prévoir pour ce logement ! Il manque un lave linge .

chalet non entretenu, dégats des eaux salle de bain et lave vaisselle. tancarville, micro onde, lave vaisselle, cafetière cassés ! literie très médiocre au niveau des matelas ! lave linge inexistant alors qu il était en photo !!!

Das Ferienhaus ist ein schlichtes aber zweckmäßiges Holzhaus mit dem Charme der 60er Jahre. Es steht im Halbschatten unter großen Pinien. Die große Terrasse lädt zum Verweilen ein. Wir waren als Ehepaar da. Für vier Personen ist es sicher passend. Großgewachsene Personen haben möglicherweise Probleme mit den schmalen und kurzen, geschätzt auf 1,90m Länge, Betten. Sehr enge Dusche. Internetzugang ist im Preis nicht inbegriffen und muss ggf. dazugebucht werden.

Emplacement idéal au calmepierre c.

Grand espace intérieur et extérieur. Le chalet est au calme et proche de la plage. Le canapé lit du salon n'est pas utilisable en couchage car très inconfortable. On aurait apprécié plus que 2 chaises longues. Un lave linge serait apprécié aussi.
