View of the mountains. Facilities: iron. Internet (WiFi, extra). Garage space n 63, width 240 cm. Please note: non-smokers only. TV only FR. Smoke alarm. Residence "Les Hauts de St Gervais", 3 storeys. In the resort 500 m from the centre of Saint Gervais, in a quiet, sunny position, 9.6 km from the skiing area. In the complex: storage room for skis. In Winter: please take snow chains. (35 steps). Public parking on the road. Shop 350 m, restaurant 300 m. Tennis 1.3 km, skisport facilities 1.3 km, ski bus stop 10 m, ice rink 1.3 km. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Evasion Mont Blanc. Please note: car recommended, no lift. Additional accommodations can be booked.

850 - 2'525 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly spa resort and mountain health resort with 5'500 inhabitants, 13 km from Megève, 20 km from Chamonix, 70 km from Genève. In the resort: grocery, butchery, bakery, post office, restaurant, bar, casino. Hiking, indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna, health cures. Besides: pharmacy, doctor. Wellness park Les Thermes de Saint-Gervais 5 km, Cultural events Festival Mont Blanc d'Humour. Access: motorway a40, exit number 21 7 km from Saint Gervais. Market every Thursday, St Nicolas de Véroce: typical mountain village, Le Fayet: thermal park and dermatological care center - Bains du Mont Blanc. Ski lifts open in Winter (from mid-December to mid-April) and in summer (July - August).

Heated outdoor swimming pool. River rafting. Tennis. Minigolf. Paragliding, high rope course. 2 gondola lifts, hiking paths, mountain hikes, climbing. Mountain bike routes, mountain bikes for hire. Children's playground. In March: "Festival international de l'humour" in St Gervais les Bains. Hockey.

Winter

Ski lifts open in July and August. Hiking trails accessible in spring ski-region Evasion Mont Blanc, total of 36 lifts. Gondola lifts, chair lifts, drag lifts, children's ski lifts. Total 420 km ski runs, snow park. Ski school, snowboard school, ski kindergarten. 115 km high altidude pistes 850 - 1'100 m high, ski walking paths, winter walking paths. Ice rink. Ski bus (free of charge). Further ski-regions: Les Houches. In Winter: please take snow chains.

Ce logement pour 6 est vraiment trop petit, d autant qu'il n offre que très peu, voire aucun rangement. Très petit frigo. Pas de couteaux qui coupent Impossible de régler le chauffage ( celui de la salle de bains est HS) Logement situé au troisième niveau sans ascenseur, local à ski au niveau -1 et garage au niveau -2: ça fait beaucoup d escaliers..... Mais navette de bus gratuite juste devant pour se rendre sur les pistes et proximité du centre ville.

Renting for tourists should be different than renting for tenants. We came as tourists and from the beggining to the end the process was for tenants. Picking up the keys from a different location, dropping office the linens to different location, cleaning up the flat, no internet, no care for how tonget there, etc.. all în all very bad experience pls change ur strategy if u want to încrease ur feedback. For now lovește scor possible. Florin

Garde corps de la terrasse pas aux normes donc pour de jeunes enfants pas conseillé Mais c'est l'architecture de la montagne...on va dire Garage très bien bien pour une petite voiturette. Un suv garez vous ou vous pouvez Le protocole de vérification de la vaisselle a dû être réalisé il y a fort longtemps car on a dû la refaire a notre arrivée Merci d'expliquer pour le garage pour en sortir.... Sinon. Le confort la situation et les équipements sont très bien pour un séjour
