The property is behind the street of Nessweg going to Marktoberdorf. Cosy single-family house "Martin", surrounded by meadows and fields. In the hamlet Wimberg 10 km from the centre of Nesselwang. Private: property. Terrace, garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Shop 3 km, supermarket 10 km, restaurant 3 km, railway station "Nesselwang" 10 km, indoor swimming pool 10 km. Golf course (9 hole) 10 km. Please note: car recommended.

850 - 1'600 m a.s.l. >>Well-known, family-friendly climatic health resort, 10 km from Pfronten, 21 km from Füssen, 30 km from Kempten. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium. Recommended sightseeing: Neuschwanstein Castle (25 km), Wieskirche Steingaden (34 km) or to Lake Constance and the island of Mainau (160 km).

Bathing lake. Outdoor swimming pool. Tennis, golf course. Minigolf. Summer tobbogan run, long 1 km. 100 km hiking paths, mountain hikes. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Children's playground.

Ein sehr nettes Haus mit reichlich Platz auf einer Ebene. Großes Bad mit Badwanne und Dusche, Toiltte und zwei Waschbecken. Das Haus liegt 8km außerhalb von Nesselwang. Wir waren zufrieden, da alles vorhanden war was man brauchte. WLAN hat eine zeitlang nicht funktioniert aber, war auch für uns persönlich nicht zwingend erforderlich.

Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr gute Zimmeraufteilung. Die Schlafzimmer sind alle 4 gut ausgestattet. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Sehr zu empfehlen

Das Haus bietet eigentlich alles, was man braucht. Küche und Bad sehr schön und zweckmäßig. Die übrigen Zimmer „abgelebt“!? Die Terrasse vor dem Haus groß und mit Bierbänken und -.tisch sowie schönen Stühlen mit Auflagen bestückt. Die 2. Terrasse hinterm Haus verwildert. Es fehlten uns ein zusätzlicher Tisch und ein paar Liegen. Außerdem müsste die vordere Terrasse unbedingt zur Straße hin abgesichert werden. Die Vermieter waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Die Lage ist neben 2 Bauernhöfen ideal.

Good location for a family holiday with lots of bedrooms and two bathrooms. Recently modernized kitchen (albeit no freezer in fridge). Kitchen was well supplied with all necessary dishes, pots, etc. There was no house internet and two different mobile data networks also did not work in the area.
