"Prerow 115", 1-room apartment 65 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room with satellite TV and radio. Exit to the terrace. Open alcove with 1 french bed (180 cm, length 200 cm). Open kitchen (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, freezer, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 13 m2. Terrace furniture. Facilities: Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: not suitable for small children. Non-smokers only. Smoke alarm. Instead of an enclosed bedroom, some sleeping areas are located in an open-plan area (gallery, alcove, etc.).

House "Prerow". 3 apartments in the property. 800 m from the centre of Prerow, 5 km from the centre of Zingst, 36 km from the centre of Ribnitz-Damgarten, in a quiet position in the residential district, 900 m from the sea. In the house: central heating system. Stepped path (2 steps) to the house. Parking at the house. Supermarket 800 m, restaurant, bakery, bicycle rental 500 m, bus stop "Prerow" 2 km, sandy beach 900 m. Nearby attractions: Nationalpark 500 m. Please note: Owner lives in separate semi-detached house. Additional accommodations can be booked.

Location Description Ostseebad Prerow

Well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 22 km from Barth, 40 km from Ribnitz-Damgarten, 60 km from Stralsund. In the resort: supermarket, shops, post office, bank, attractions. Sauna. Prerow is situated on the peninsula Fishland-Darss where nature is still intact,along the coat of the Baltic sea. Long sandy beaches of the north and west coats ( also beaches for naturist and accessible by dogs).

Summer

Sandy beach, 5 km long, up to 100 m wide, with beach facilities, suitable for children. Tennis. Riding. Hiking paths. Bicycle paths, bicycles for hire. Boat trips to the islands of Rügen or Hiddensee from Zingst.

Die Unterkunft war nach dem ersten Schock in Ordnung. Alles war sauber. Im Bad roch die Toilette unangenehm. Leider hat die Heizung nicht funktioniert Kein Kleidungsstück konnte trocknen. Dennoch war ich zufrieden!

Wir haben Ihre Anmerkungen zur Geruchsbelästigung im Bad und zur Heizung zur Kenntnis genommen. Die Heizung wird ab Oktober zentral betrieben, und es gab keine vorherigen Beschwerden zu dem Geruch. Dennoch werden die lokalen Kollegen die Punkte weiterhin im Auge behalten, um die Qualität unseres Services zu verbessern. Wir hoffen, Sie bald wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.

Wenn man schreibt Urlaub mit Hund, möchte man denken daß das Gelände eingezäunt ist. Ansonsten war es angenehm.

Nicht sehr ansprechend Pro: Die Lage der Wohnung ist gut. Das Bett war in Ordnung. Contra: Das Sofa war sehr schlecht. Wenn man im Bad das Fenster geschlossen hielt, hat es sehr unangenehm gerochen. Wenn man das Fenster öffnete, kam Ungeziefer trotz der fliegengitter ins Bad.

Ruhige Ferienwohnung, reichlich ausgestattet. Zentral gelegen, man braucht eigentlich kein Auto. Einkaufen, Lokale und Strand sind schnell zu erreichen.

Entsprach nicht unseren Vorstellungen, Lage in der Straße unmöglich, Terrasse völlig schattig und gleichzeitig der Hintereingang eines Anbaus. Alle Fliegennetze kaputt Toilettenspülung defekt schlechte Küchenausstattung, Herd aus den 60 Jahren.
