Historical apartment house "Am Park", from the 18th century. 200 m from the centre of Raben Steinfeld, on the outskirts, 5 km from the centre of Pinnow, 10 km from the centre of Schwerin, 250 m from the lake. For shared use: property 2'500 m2 with lawn and trees. In the house: storage room for bicycles. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 400 m, bus stop "Raben Steinfeld Oberdorf" 400 m, sandy beach "Schweriner See" 4 km, grass beach "Pinnower See" 5 km. Please note: the owner lives in the same residence. Natural bathing area at Lake Schwerin 250 m. E-bikes can be charged in the garage.

Nous avons flashé sur la photo de la maison, nous n'avons pas été déçus. Appartement très bien aménagé, très propre et bien situé au calme. La propriétaire qui vit dans la maison est très agréable et nous a permis de ranger nos vélos électriques dans son garage.

Die Ferienwohnung ist ruhig gelegen, aber leider sehr hellhörig. Wer den alten DDR Charme mag, der wird sich dort sehr wohl fühlen. Und wer es warm mag, der sollte nicht in den kalten Monaten des Jahres kommen. Die Wohnung ist schlecht beheizt, das Bad morgens sehr kalt...lässt sich morgens nicht beheizen.....auch die Heizung in der Wohnung wird erst nach 8 Uhr lauwarm.

De woning is mooi gebouwd, heeft alles,keuken,magnetron,koelkast.Woonkamer,keukenblok,slaapkamer,eigen badkamer en toilet en heerlijk balkon.Prachtige tuin,achter het huis kun je door een hek en kom je in een mooi park en je loopt via een pad naar beneden en dan sta je aan een prachtig meer waar je heerlijk rustig kan picknicken,pootje baden of zwemmen.De verhuurders zijn heel vriendelijk en gastvrij.Je moet wel twee trappen op maar mooie rechte en stevige trappen.
