2-room apartment 55 m2, on the ground floor. Cosy furnishings: living/dining room 29 m2 with 1 sofabed (125 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen), hi-fi system. Exit to the terrace. 1 room 8 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Terraced house "Dehne". On the outskirts, 100 m from the sea, 1 km from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: central heating system. Parking at the house. Supermarket 1.7 km, restaurant, bakery, café 700 m, bus stop "Norddeich" 1.1 km, railway station "Norddeich" 550 m, ferry 700 m, sandy beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 2.3 km. Golf course (18 hole) 9 km, surf school 1.4 km, tennis 3.6 km, minigolf 2.3 km.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Das ist ja eine Wohnung aus den 60-Jahren. Ich habe einige Fotos gemacht. Sauberkeit wird auf jedenfall nicht groß geschrieben.

Die Wohnung war gepflegt und gut ausgestattete. Leider war das WLAN schlecht zu erreichen und sehr instabil. Die Wohnung war hellhörig (Nachbarn hatten laut Radio) Mülltonnenhäuschentüren quietschten schrecklich und das vor dem Schlafzimmerfenster um 7:00 morgens (Einwurf durch Gäste im 1. Stock). Quietschender Lattenrost.Ansonsten alles gut. Lattenrost wurde repariert.

Die unterkunft war sauber..das mobiliar ein wenig altbacken .Uns fehlte eine Bettdecke. Die lage war sehr gut.
