Exit to the balcony. 1 room 8 m2 with 1 double bed (160 cm, length 200 cm), satellite TV (flat screen). 1 room 3 m2, without window with 1 bed (90 cm, length 180 cm). Kitchenette (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, electric barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Sehr schöne Wohnung für Zwei!Richard E.

Die Wohnung Gezeiten war sehr gepflegt und modern eingerichtet. In wenigen Minuten ist man zu Fuß bei Restaurants oder direkt am Meer. Es gibt einen Parkplatz für ein Auto, der nicht weit weg ist.

Das kl.Zimmer benötigt ein Fenster.Bessere Bestuhlung auf d.Bakon Pro: Ansosnsten war alles super Contra: Stühle zum nach hinten klappen fehlen auf dem Balkon. Dann könnte man noch ein bisschen länger die Sonne genießen

Mit Kleinkind war es teilweise sehr eng. Auch das Bad hätte ein bisschen größer sein können. Die Ausstattung war gut und die Wohnung im 1. Stock.

Sehr schöne, saubere und gepflegte Wohnung, mit viel Geschmack eingerichtet. Alle Haushaltsgegenstände des täglichen Bedarfes waren enthalten. Die Lage der Wohnung zum Strand wart optimal, trotzdem ruhig gelegen. Ein kleiner Abzug für das innen liegende 2. Schlafzimmer (das war in der Beschreibung aber auch so angegeben),und den vorhandenen Glasbausteinen zum Lichteinfall schlecht zu lüften war. Hier wäre ein Fenster, welches man öffnen könnte, noch besser.
