"Leuchtturm", 3-room apartment 42 m2, on the upper floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room 12 m2 with satellite TV (flat screen), radio and CD-player. Exit to the balcony. 1 room 7 m2 with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room 9 m2 with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, electric coffee machine, pizza oven). Shower/WC. Balcony furniture, barbecue (portable). Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only.

Supermarket 1.4 km, restaurant 300 m, bakery 300 m, café, bus stop 250 m, railway station 1.5 km, ferry "Norddeich" 1.5 km, sandy beach 500 m, outdoor swimming pool 14 km, indoor swimming pool 250 m. Golf course (18 hole) 8 km, surf school 1.7 km, tennis 2.5 km, minigolf 300 m.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Die Wohnung ist klein aber in Ordnung,schöne Terrasse aber das zweite Schlafzimmer ist nur für Kinder gedacht nicht für eine Erwachsene Person das Bett ist viel zu kurz. Sehr schön zentral gelegen.

Sitzgruppe durchgesessen. Schlafzimmertür ließ sich schlecht schließen und mit Lärm öffnen. Sonnenschirm Balkon ) wäre gut gewesen. War schade das das zweite Schlafzimmer nur mit einer Schiebetür zu schließen war.

Fluchttüren müssen verschlossen werden weil Klinke von aussen; das ist keine gute Idee. Wohnung oberflächlich sauber, aber alles voll Spinnweben. Dreckiges, verklebtes Kochgeschirr. Keine Möglichkeit die Treppe so zu belechten, dass ich die Lampe von oben an oder aus machen kann. WLAN nur für Browser, Apps vielfach nicht möglich weil Zugriff beschränkt.

Parkplatz sollte vorhanden sein, als ich dann auf den ausgewiesenen Platz parkte , hatte ich eine Stunde später einen Strafzettel. Darauf habe ich gesehen, dass man nur mit einem Parkausweis parken darf. Dieses wäre vorab eine wichtige Information gewesen

Wir fanden die Wohnung sehr schön. Leider haben uns ein paar Sachen gefehlt bezüglich der Küchen Ausstattung Die Kinderzimmer Tür war leider kaputt Sie ging sehr schwer auf zu machen und auch zu schließen. Würden die Ferienwohnung trotzdem weiter empfehlen.

Die Aufteilung der Wohnung ist ausgezeichnet. Sie liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Straße und hat einen schönen Balkon. Lediglich der Sonnenschirm war nicht besonders standfest. Er sollte besser befestigt werden. Unter Berücksichtigung des Preises ist ein "sehr gut" dennoch gerechtfertigt.
