Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with 1 x 2 bunk beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 small room with 1 bed (90 cm, length 200 cm). Kitchenette (4 hot plates, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine, combination microwave). Shower/WC. Terrace 12 m2, lawn. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair (extra). Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 small pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Terraced house. In the resort, in a central position, from the sea, 450 m from the beach, in a cul-de-sac. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking at 10 m. Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Wir waren letztes Jahr das 1. mal mit unseren 3 Kindern in dem Haus und wir planen schon den Aufenthalt nächstes Jahr.

Das Haus an sich ist sehr schön. Auch die Lage ist wirklich gut. Das Einzige was nicht so toll ist (ausser man ist nicht gerade Groß) das Badezimmer und vor allem die Dusche ist schon sehr sehr klein.

Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in diesem Haus. Es bietet "fast" Alles. Die Jugend war von dem fehlenden WLAN etwas enttäuscht.

Bei dieser Wohnung passt fast alles. Die Lage ist top. Die Wohnung praktisch eingerichtet. Leider ist die Dusche nur unter erschwerten Bedingungen nutzbar. Zum Abfluss hin fällt sie extrem ab, was bedeutet, dass man in nassem Zustand sehr schnell ins Rutschen kommt. Da die Dusche recht klein ist, ist es eine Herausforderung. Das Waschen der Füße während man auf einem Bein steht ist eher nicht möglich. Ich selbst, 46 noch fit, konnte sie nutzen… Die Eltern, beide 80, leider bei großer Hitze nicht

Leider können wir an diesem Punkt keine Änderungen vornehmen, da rutschhemmende Matten aus hygienischen Gründen nicht verwendet werden können. Unser Team ist immer gern auch vor Ort da, um Unklarheiten zu beseitigen und bestmöglich zu assistieren.
