Upper floor: 1 room with sloping ceilings with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). 1 room with sloping ceilings with 2 beds (90 cm, length 200 cm). Shower/WC. Terrace furniture. Facilities: washing machine, dryer, children's high chair. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Norddeich

North Sea spa and well-known holiday resort, directly by the sea, 3 km from Norden, 33 km from Aurich, 38 km from Emden. In the resort: shops, bakery, post office, bank, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium, health cures, massage. More possibilities for shopping 3 km. Leer 59 km. Wilhelmshaven 75 km. Oldenburg 98 km. Especially recommended (especially in the winter months) is the "Ocean Wave" with a 30 degree warm seawater wave pool and outdoor pool as well as a sauna area, solariums, hot tubl and various restaurants. Excursions to the seal banks (high season), to the islands of Juist and Norderney as well as to Emden and Aurich. All year round there is also the possibility of exploring all of East Frisia for only EUR 1.00/person/way with the holiday bus. IMPORTANT: Your booked holiday home or holiday apartment only includes one parking space. If you are arriving with several vehicles, we would like to point out that additional parking spaces are subject to a fee and are not always directly near your holiday property. Arrangement of bicycles, e-bikes, child seats etc. through our local Interhome service office.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in ruhiger LagKerstin P.

Das Haus Siegerland ist eine Ferienwohnung in einer Doppelhaushälfte mit Terrasse und kleinem Garten. Die Lage ist perfekt, eine ruhige Wohnsiedlung , Bäcker, Geschäfte, Seehundstation und Strand alles gut zu Fuß erreichbar. Das Haus selber ist sehr komfortabel eingerichtet, uns hat es an Nichts gefehlt. Für die schöne Terrasse war es leider noch zu kühl, aber wir kommen gerne nochmal im Sommer wieder. Der Service vor Ort war auch wieder sehr gut.

Wir hatten einen erholsamen und ruhigen Aufenthalt und haben uns zum 2.Mal dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Haus ist gemütlich und warm. Es hat alles was man braucht. Schade das das Wetter die Jahreswendepartys zur wiederholten Absage gebracht hat.

Die Wohnung war geräumig, sehr hell und sauber. Die Terrasse war direkt am Wohnzimmer und erweiterte bei schönem Wetter den Wohnbereich. Im Garten war eine Rutsche und eine Schaukel. Die hat unsere Tochter gern genutzt. Die Schlafräume uns das Bad waren im Obergeschoss. Die räumliche Trennung der "Ruheräume" war für uns genau richtig.

Wir hatten sehr durchwachsenes Wetter. Bei Regen und Wind geht man nicht gerne raus. Da vertreibt man sich die Zeit auch mal mit einem guten Fernsehprogramm. Leider konnten wir nur ARD, ZDF und einige Regionalprogramme empfangen. Das W-Lan war auch sehr schlecht. Wenn man nur im Haus übernachtet und frühstückt dann ist das OK.
