The old trees with direct access to the stream running through the property, as well as the hiking trails distributed over the area and a barbecue hut provide an ideal environment to leave the everyday stress behind. There is also a Kneipp facility (water treading) in the mineral water-bearing stream. The communal 200 m2 sun terrace (roof terrace) is accessible through a spiral staircase or, completely barrier-free, by lift. The communal barbecue hut is located under a huge chestnut tree (barbecue by the campfire (wood extra) or by gas grill). All apartments are barrier-free.
