Open kitchen (2 hot plates, toaster, microwave, electric coffee machine) with dining nook. Electric heating. Carpet. Terrace 12 m2, roofed. Terrace furniture, barbecue. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Please note: non-smoking house. Smoke alarm.

House "Kaiser", semi-detached. 100 m from the centre of Garz, 9 km from the centre of Putbus, 15 km from the centre of Bergen auf Rügen, in a central position, 7 km from the sea. For shared use: property 900 m2 (fenced), garden with lawn. Narrow motor access. Parking at the house, public parking on the road. Supermarket 100 m, restaurant 300 m, bus stop "Samtens, Bahnhof" 7 km, grass beach 7 km. Golf course (18 hole) 5 km. Please note: the owner lives on the same property. Owner lives in separate semi-detached house.

Location Description Garz

Historical town, in the southern part of the island 5 km from the sea, in the plane, 12 km south from Bergen, 22 km east from Stralsund. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort.

Summer

Beach, 10 km from the resort. Sandy beach, gently sloping, 25 km from the resort. Golf course in Karnitz 5 km. 43 km bicycle paths.

Was alles super Vermieterin wahr sehr nett.das einzig die Treppe wahr sehr steil was nicht in der Beschreibung steht.

Wir waren eine Woche im Oktober bei Frau K. und hatten eine tolle Woche. Die Küche ist zweckmäßig und klein, aber für uns zu zweit absolut ok. Die steile Treppe zum Badezimmer war für uns absolut in Ordnung, aber man muss schon vorsichtig sein. Die Matratzen waren super. Wenn morgens nicht ein Hahn in der Nähe gekräht hätte, hätten wir perfekt geschlafen. So haben wir halt morgens das Fenster geschlossen -) Der Fernseher ist übrigens mittlerweile eine neueres Modell als auf den Bildern.

Unterkunft hatte alles was man braucht im Urlaub, einziges Manko ist vielleicht die steile Treppe zum Badezimmer, besonders Nachts. Ansonsten eine schöne Ferienwohnung. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und nett und die Sitzecke im Freien mit dem schönen Garten ein wirklicher Hingucker. Preis Leistung top.

Unterkunft sehr sauber, ausreichend eingerichtet, Vermieterin sehr freundlich, sehr ruhige und erholsame Umgebung.

Zweckmäßig eingerichtete Unterkunft. Freundliche Vermieterin. Küche könnte besser ausgestattet sein. Auf den Fotos gezeigte überdachte Terrasse gehört nicht zum Ferienhaus, keine alleinige Nutzung. Baby/Kleinkindausstattung vorhanden. Garz selbst bietet nicht viel, man muss immer fahren. Dafür nicht touristisch überlaufen. Supermarkt und Bäcker fußläufig.
