Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating. Covered balcony, box-room. Facilities: washing machine, children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Waase

Holiday resort, directly by the sea, 6 km north-west from Gingst, 20 km from Bergen auf Rügen, 38 km north from Stralsund. All shops, restaurants etc. in Gingst, 6 km. In the resort: restaurant. Zoo Ozeanum Stralsund 38 km, Cultural events Störtebeker Festpsiele 25 km. Ostseebad Binz 50 km. Ostseebad Sellin 50 km. Göhren 50 km. The 20 km² island of Ummanz is located in the west of the island of Rügen. Waase is the main town on the island and has been connected to Rügen by a bridge since 1901. The island's vast landscape is a resting place for numerous migratory birds and offers relaxed holidays in peace and tranquility. The most beautiful beaches of the Schaabe between Juliusruh and Glowe are 36 km away. In Schaprode there is a ferry connection (payment) to Hiddensee (Gerhart Hauptmann memorial).

In die Jahre gekommene Ferienwohnung Andrea G.

Dusche müsste dringend erneuert werden!! Im Wintergarten waren leider sehr viele Spinnweben, da wollte man sich leider nicht aufhalten. Aber sonst ist es eine sehr schöne Anlage mit mehreren Wohnungen und viel Ruhe!!

Obwohl an der Straße gelegen, haben wir uns wohlgefühlt. Dafür sorgten die perfekte Ausstattung der Küche, die gemütlich eingerichtete Wohnküche sowie die wunderbare Loggia mit Blick auf die Pferdekoppel, die tollen Betten, aber auch der freundliche Hausmeister, der uns leider nicht helfen konnte, die Lüftung im Bad reparieren zu lassen. Ummanz ist perfekt für alle, die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen. Heißer Tipp: Café ZUCKERKUSS mit einem Wunderbaren Garten und Blick auf Stralsund und leckeren Torten! Ein Paradies

Wir waren schon mehrmals in dieser Ferienwohnung. Aber durch den Eigentümer Wechsel hat sich sehr vieles zum Besseren geändert. Es lässt an nix zu wünschen übrig. Wir haben die zeit dort sehr genossen.

Wer der Urlaubsseele in ländlicher Inselidylle freien Lauf lassen möchte, ist im Dörp in Waase auf Ummanz genau richtig! Der Blick aus dem Fenster streift die kleine Alleestraße und geht hinaus auf Wiesen und Wälder im Land zwischen Bodden und Meer. Auf der Wiese gegenüber grasen die Pferde des nahen Haflinger Gestüts! Die gesamte Insel Ummanz lässt sich zu Fuß erkunden. In Waase an der schönen Dorfkirche und der Alten Försterei (Nationalparkzentrum) beginnen und enden mehrere Wanderwege.

Pro: Wohnung ist schön geschnitten und eingerichtet; Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Contra: Die ansonsten schöne Wohnung ist hellhörig und Unterhaltung in der darunterliegenden Wohnung, in unserem Fall leider auch noch um 3.00 Uhr nachts, ist leider deutlich vernehmbar. \n\nDazu ist die sich automatisch einschaltende Lüftung des Badezimmers auch in der Nacht immer wieder hörbar. Bei der ansonsten köstlichen Stille der Umgebung gefühlt leider umso störender.\n\nAngebot umfasst keine Bettwäsche und Handtücher (Aufpreis € 30); nachhaltige Fahrrad-Reisende haben hoffentlich ihren Schlafsack samt Laken im Gepäck.\n\nAbreise bis 10.00 Uhr wird vom Verwalter um 10.10 Uhr eingefordert(, wenn auch nicht durchgesetzt. Abreise erfolgte um 10.45 Uhr.)\n
