Kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Gas heating, underfloor heating. Large terrace 45 m2. Private: natural state property 745 m2 (fenced) with trees, meadow. Hot tub, patio, fireplace, barbecue house, children's playground (slide, swing), public parking 300 m extra. Grocery 300 m, supermarket 3 km, restaurant 300 m, bus stop 1.5 km, railway station "Oybin" 2 km, park "Kurpark" 400 m, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, natural swimming pond 400 m. Walking paths from the house 50 m, ski lift 4 km, ski school 4 km, cross country ski track 4 km, children's playground 1 km. The traditional Upper Lusatian half-timbered house is a listed building. In mehreren Zimmern haben wir leider Schimmel gefunden.

Wir bedauern das etwaige Missverständnis und möchten Sie darüber informieren, dass definitiv kein Schimmel präsent ist. Es handelt sich auf den roten Ziegelklinkern um Verfärbungen im Ziegel, auf dem sich aufgrund von Nanoversiegelung kein Schimmel bilden kann. Die Ziegel sind alte Ziegel aus abgerissenen Häusern, die mit einer zu Klinkern zugeschnitten und an der Wand angebracht wurden. Historisch bedingt treten hier unterschiedliche Verfärbungen auf, u.a. in schwarz. Wir hoffen, dass diese Klarstellung zukünftigen Gästen hilft und wir danken Ihnen für das Teilen Ihrer Meinung.

Super Ferienhaus! Es fehlte an nichts und auch die zwei Hunde fanden alles, aber vor allem den Garten, toll. Wir kommen gern wieder! Auch ein besonderes Dankeschön an den Schlüsselübergeber: Er war sehr freundlichen, hat alles super erklärt und wir haben uns rundum umsorgt gefühlt!

Schöne Unterkunft mit Whirlpool und Sauna, schöner Spielplatz. Kletterfelsen für Kinder nicht geeignet. Kleiner negativer Beigeschmack: Energie wird extra berechnet. Vorgäste mit Hunden hatten Decken benutzt, in denen trotz waschens viele Hundehaare vorhanden waren.

Vakantie met gezin 2 grote kinderen en 1 hond. Zeer mooie omgeving. Je kan vanuit de tuin direct het bos in om te wandelen. Vlakbij Polen en Tsjechië. De ruimte om te eten en kookgelegenheid is niet groot genoeg voor 10 personen. Wel voldoende bestek en servies. Beide ruimtes zijn op 1e verdiep, TV kamer is dan weer beneden vooraan, dus geen directe aansluiting met de tuin, wat spijtig is. Geen gebruik gemaakt van sauna of jacuzzi. Maar 1 parkeerplaats voor de deur!
