Shower/WC. Gas heating. Terrace 25 m2. Terrace furniture, barbecue (portable), deck chairs (2). Beautiful view of the mountains. Facilities: logs (free). Internet (WiFi, free). Reserved parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smoking house. Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher.

In the district of Heidersbach 1.5 km from the centre of Goldlauter, 7 km from the centre of Suhl, 55 km from the centre of Coburg, in an elevated position on a slope, 30 m from the edge of the forest. Private: property 500 m2 with trees, meadow. Motor access (50 m via unmade road). Shop 1.5 km, supermarket 1.5 km, restaurant 500 m. Ski lift 2 km.

Well-known town with 56'000 inhabitants, in the south-western part of the region, in a valley, 15 km from Oberhof, 25 km from Meiningen, 30 km from Ilmenau. All shops, restaurants etc. in the resort. Museum, cinema, attractions. Indoor aquatic centre, sauna, solarium. Do not miss: the old interior part of the town, museum and "Phaenomania" -Family sports activities.
