"Nixe", 2-room apartment 57 m2, on the ground floor. Simple furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. Maximum 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Location Description Koserow

On the narrowest point of the Usedon Island, well known for its steep coastline is situate holiday resort, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 19 km west from Ahlbeck, 18 km east from Wolgast, 84 km from Stralsund. In the resort: shops, butchery, bank, restaurant. Thermal bath oder hot springs, health cures at 19 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 18 km. The surrounding is dotted by bays and coastal woodland, nature paths leading to the waters between the mainland and the island, to places to rod fish by boats, paradise for lovers of nature and water sport. Along the Baltic Sea coastline runs the cycling path up to the Imperial baths Bansin/Heringsdorf/Ahlbeck. More excursions possible to Poland and many other places.

Sandy beach, 4 km long, up to 50 m wide, gently sloping. Waterpark "Ostseetherme Usedom (Ahlbeck)" in 19 km. Sailing, surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Balmer See 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths.

Schlechte SchlüsselübergabeAnne K.

Die Buchungsunterlagen kamen trotz anderer Ankündigung erst nach Nachfrage. Die Schlüsselübergabe war ganz schlecht (Büro geschlossen, langes Herumtelefonieren, wieder zurück zum Büro, angeleitete, aber vergebliche Suche nach Schlüssel in Schlüsselkästen, schließlich warten auf jemandem aus einem Nachbarort, der nach ca. einer halben weiteren Stunde einen Schlüssel brachte).

Die Wohnung war schön. Klein und fein, vollkommen ausreichend für eine Woche Urlaub mit Hund. Einziger Mangel es gab keinen Internetanschluss. Und die Reingung war auch nur befriedigend.

Der Service war soweit gut. Leider war das Haus eingerüstet und die Terrasse nur eingeschränkt nutzbar. Das Badezimmer war sehr unsauber, vor allem der Boden. Feudel und Besen war so dreckig, dass man sie nicht wirklich nutzen konnte. Die Betten sind so durchgelegen, dass uns der Rücken noch immer schmerzt. Da muss echt nachgearbeitet werden

Es wurde bereits ein neuer Besen und Wischmopp angeschafft, weiter wurden die für die Reinigung zuständigen Kollegen informiert, zukünftig gründlicher vorzugehen. In Bezug auf die Matratzen versichern wir, dass auch diese kontrolliert wurden und wir bitten um Verständnis, dass das Komfortempfinden sehr persönlich sein kann. Die Betten sind in einem guten Zustand. Wir hoffen, Sie in Zukunft wieder bei uns begrüßen zu dürfen.
