Open kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Heating. Balcony. Balcony furniture. View of the garden. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Parking (1 car). Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm.

Apartment block, 2 storeys. In the resort 650 m from the centre of Koserow, from the sea, 750 m from the beach. In the house: storage room for bicycles, central heating system. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 700 m, restaurant 450 m, bakery 1.2 km, café 1.2 km, bus stop 800 m, railway station 1.2 km, sandy beach 750 m, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 9 km. Location Description Koserow

On the narrowest point of the Usedon Island, well known for its steep coastline is situate holiday resort, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 19 km west from Ahlbeck, 18 km east from Wolgast, 84 km from Stralsund. In the resort: shops, butchery, bank, restaurant. Thermal bath oder hot springs, health cures at 19 km. More possibilities for shopping and entertainment 18 km. The surrounding is dotted by bays and coastal woodland, nature paths leading to the waters between the mainland and the island, to places to rod fish by boats, paradise for lovers of nature and water sport. Along the Baltic Sea coastline runs the cycling path up to the Imperial baths Bansin/Heringsdorf/Ahlbeck. More excursions possible to Poland and many other places.

Sandy beach, 4 km long, up to 50 m wide, gently sloping. Waterpark "Ostseetherme Usedom (Ahlbeck)" in 19 km. Sailing, surfing. Golf course 18 hole in Balmer See 15 km. Fishing (permit required). Hiking paths. Bicycle paths.

Eine schöne FeWo in ruhiger Lage. Alles gut, jedoch müssen die beiden Matratzen gewechselt werden. Sie sind durchgelegen.

Die Wohnung war gepflegt. Anbei ein paar Hinweise an den Eigentümer: Bei der Buchung wurde ein Abstellraum für Fahrräder angeboten. Es ist natürlich sehr ärgerlich wenn man dann vor Ort feststellt das dieser komplett belegt ist. Das Tiefkühlfach war leider total vereist, sodass man die Fächer nicht öffnen konnte. Der Geschirrspüler war defekt. Er beendete sein Programm immer nach 1 min. Die Matratzen waren durchgelegen und man lag auf den Metallfedern. Erholsamer Schlaf war somit kaum möglich.

Danke für Ihre Hinweise. Ein neuer Geschirrspüler wurde angeschafft und die Matratzen wurden inzwischen durch Neue ersetzt. Weiter wird der Fahrradabstellraum zukünftig regelmäßiger kontrolliert. Gern versichern wir, dass das Gefrierfach enteist wurde. Das gesamte Team freut sich, Sie zukünftig erneut willkommen heißen zu dürfen.

Wir haben uns in der Ferienwohnung sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war sauber und für 2 Personen sehr geräumig. Im Schlafzimmer müsste ein helleres Licht am Bett sein, zum lesen .
