Location Description Trassenheide

The seaside resort Trassenheide is a small, cosy holiday resort, in the north-western part of the island, directly by the sea, 30 km west from Ahlbeck, 4 km from Zinnowitz, 2 km from Karlshagen. All shops, restaurants etc. in Wolgast, 9 km. In the resort: shops, grocery, post office, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, wellness centre at 5 - 15 km. Wellness park Bernsteintherme 4 km. Trassenheide is one of the smallest seaside resorts on the island - quiet and a little dreamy like the countryside surrounding the town. Apart from the wide, fine sandy beach, its most famous sight is Europe's largest butterfly farm. Furthermore, there is entertainment for both young and old at the "Usedom-Park", the small children's fun park.

Die Bilder suggerieren eine großzügigere Ferienwohnung als die Wohnung tatsächlich ist. Sie ist aber für einen Urlaub völlig ausreichend. Wer kurze Wege zum Strand bevorzugt, ist hier genau richtig!

Preis und Lage in Ordnung, man möchte aber nach einer Nacht abreisen: Bad klein (Toilette und Zähne putzen gleichzeitig möglich), Duscheabtrennung und Fliesen unten mit vielen schwarzen und rostigen Stellen, ... Raucher auf Balkon oben bis 4Uhr früh, Musik/Bässe bis 24Uhr von Strandmuschel, Hitze in Wohnung durch notwendige geschlossene Fenster, Balkondielen verwittert und defekt - Verletzungsgefahr, Wohnung in einem Zustand von 2000er Jahre, alle Türen klemmen, u.s.w.

Weiter informieren wir Sie, dass die Türen in Ordnung sind, und auch die Balkondielen wurde gründlich überprüft. Auch wenn es Faktoren gibt, die von uns schwer zu beeinflussen sind - wie unerwartet auftretende Lärmbelästigung - so möchten wir versichern, dass unsere Kollegen vor Ort bestmöglich assistieren, wenn jegliche Probleme während des Urlaubs gemeldet werden. Bei Unzufriedenheit mit der Sauberkeit und bei schnellstmöglicher Meldung, gibt es die Option einer Nachreinigung. Es wäre uns eine Freude, Sie nochmal begrüßen zu dürfen.
