"Abt", 2-room apartment 40 m2, on the ground floor. Object suitable for 2 adults + 1 child. Practical and cosy furnishings: living/dining room with 1 sofabed and cable TV (flat screen), radio. Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (dishwasher, 2 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking (1 car) at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Barbecues and open fires are not allowed.

Supermarket 3.7 km, restaurant 200 m, bakery, café 500 m, bus stop 600 m, railway station 550 m, sandy beach 1 km, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 4 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km, tennis 2.8 km, minigolf 3 km.

Location Description Zempin

Small bathing resort, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 4 km from Zinnowitz, 13 km from Wolgast. All shops, restaurants etc. in Zinnowitz, 4 km. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Access: railway station in the resort. Zempin, located in the middle of the island, between Zinnowitz and Koserow, is the smallest of the Usedom seaside resorts and yet has a history dating back over 400 years. This can be seen in the remains of the picturesque salt huts and the thatched houses in the historic southern part. Since 2005 it has been one of the 'Usedom Amber Resorts'. In addition to the long beaches and coastal forests, fertile land stretches around the Achterwasser.

Die Wohnung ist klein, bietet aber fast alles was man braucht. Ein Backofen und Internet wären noch schön gewesen. Insektengitter wären aber ein Muss, der Ort wimmelt nur so vor Mücken und Spinnen. Supermarkt im Ort gibt es nicht mehr, ein paar zusätzliche Sachen kann man beim Bäcker kaufen. Parkplatz dieser Wohnung ist etwas schwierig wenn man einen großen Kombi hat und Wohnung 2 und 7 auch mit Kombis belegt sind.

Sehr schöne Gegend, man ist überall schnell auch mit dem Fahrrad. Einzige Minus das es keinen Laden gibt.Aber dafür kann der Vermieter nichts.

Für junge Menschen Hausordnung schwierig da ständig Ruhe herrschen musste. Kein Grill vorhanden. Liegestühle mussten wir Schrauben nachziehen (Gefahr). Lüfter im Bad läuft heiß und riecht.

Ruhige Lage in Zempin, definitiv abseits der typischen Touristenorte. Man ist in drei Minuten zum Achterwasser gelaufen und in 10 bis 15 Minuten zur Ostsee. Direkt neben der Unterkunft werden Fahrräder vermietet. Definitiv empfehlenswert, denn der Vermieter ist super freundlich, gibt Tipps und Fahrräder können zeitlich unabhängig gemietet werden.

Zempin ist ein netter Ort, wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag. Für die Wohnung spricht die kleine Terrasse und der Garten, was mir persönlich wichtig ist. Die Lage ist auch gut und mit dem Fahrrad ist man schnell am Strand. Die Parksituation am Haus ist etwas beengt, besonders, wenn mehrere große Autos dort parken. Die Wohnung selbst ist einfach eingerichtet, es war alles sauber und ok, allerdings habe ich in den letzten Jahren für den Preis schon stilvolle Wohnungen gesehen.

Einrichtung ok, Wohnung schlecht gesäubert, Mückengitter fehlen, daher viele Mücken und Motten in der Wohnung, Parkplatz am Haus nicht nutzbar, wenn alle Wohnungen belegt sind. Durchgang in der Hecke kaum nutzbar, da nicht zurückgeschnitten. Lage der Wohnung ist klasse, kurze Wege zum Achterwasser und zum Edeka außerdem sehr ruhig gelegen. WLAN hat leider gefehlt, wäre in der heutigen Zeit wünschenswert
