"Kornblume", 2-room apartment 50 m2 on 1st floor. Tasteful furnishings: living/dining room with cable TV (flat screen). 1 room with 1 double bed. Kitchenette (4 hot plates, oven, toaster, kettle, electric coffee machine). Shower/WC. Sitting area. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot. Please note: non-smokers only. 1 pet/ dog allowed. Smoke alarm.

Apartment block "Villa Waldblume". In the resort 100 m from the centre of Zempin, 400 m from the sea, 400 m from the beach. Parking on the premises. Supermarket 3.3 km, restaurant 130 m, bakery, café 400 m, bus stop 300 m, railway station 700 m, thermal baths "Bernsteintherme" 3.8 km. Golf course (18 hole) 21 km, surf school 3.8 km, tennis 3.6 km, minigolf 3.8 km.

Location Description Zempin

Small bathing resort, in the centre of the island, directly by the sea, 4 km from Zinnowitz, 13 km from Wolgast. All shops, restaurants etc. in Zinnowitz, 4 km. In the resort: supermarket, butchery, bakery, restaurant. Indoor aquatic centre, thermal bath oder hot springs, sauna. Access: railway station in the resort. Zempin, located in the middle of the island, between Zinnowitz and Koserow, is the smallest of the Usedom seaside resorts and yet has a history dating back over 400 years. This can be seen in the remains of the picturesque salt huts and the thatched houses in the historic southern part. Since 2005 it has been one of the 'Usedom Amber Resorts'. In addition to the long beaches and coastal forests, fertile land stretches around the Achterwasser.

Die Wohnung war toll. Alles super. Nur der Fernseher ging gar nicht. Total veraltet.

Die wohnung hat mir sehr gut gefallen.Wo ich ankam war sogar ein Heizlüfter angestellt damit es schön warm ist.Ab dem Abend ging die Heizung.Toller Service.Es müsste nur in der Beschreibung der Wohnung die Treppe erwähnt und gezeigt werden.Die kann für Personen mit Beeinträchtigung schwer zu bewältigen sein.

Die Wohnung hat gestunken. Das Sofa war sehr schmutzig und voller Hundehaare. Die Toilettenbürste war ekelhaft schmutzig. Das hat hat unerträglich gerochen. Ein Topf klebte im Schrank fest. An den Jalousien fehlt der Stab zum zu drehen. Nicht zu empfehlen.

Wir sind jetzt das zweite Jahr in Folge in dieser Ferienwohnung gewesen und haben diese auch schon für 2022 gebucht. Saubere und geräumige Ferienwohnung. Es ist alles da, Geschirr, Töpfe usw. So kann man auch mal selbst was kochen. Das einzige was uns fehlte ist ein Tiefkühlfach, zum Akku laden z.B. Da wir den Vermieter persönlich kennengelernt haben, hat er uns zugesichert, das im nächsten Jahr dieses vorhanden ist. Wir freuen uns schon auf das nächste Jahr

Die Ferienwohnung habe ich wie beschrieben vorgefunden. Sie war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht. Einziger Verbesserungsvorschlag wäre statt dem bunt zusammengewürfeltem Geschirr mal ein einheitliches Service bereitzustellen, allerdings ist dies für mich kein Grund ist eine schlechtere Bewertung abzugeben. Ich würde diese Wohnung jederzeit wieder buchen.

Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut. Nähe zum Strand war optimal. Nähe zur Straße war bekannt. Sehr gute Parkmöglichkeit vor dem Haus. Schöne Gartenanlage. Alles perfekt!

- Federkernmatratzen waren durchgelegen und haben bei jeder Bewegung schimmlig riechende Duftwolken abgesondert - Bettdecke hatte beim Beziehen eingetrocknete Blutflecken von Vorgängern - WC-Bürste, WC-Schüssel u. Toilettenpapierhalter waren ekelerregend dreckig und mussten von uns selber vor Erstbenutzung gereinigt werden (Clobürste haben wir neu gekauft) - in der Dusche war der Abfluss verstopft (wurde ebenfalls selbst behoben) - Küchenausstattung war ein Sammelsurium, Geräte teilweise defekt

Diese FeWo ist sehr ruhig und man ist alleine in diesem Objekt. Wir sind schon mehrmals in dieser Wohnung gewesen. Sie ist sauber und gut ausgestattet. Man hat ausreichend Platz. Wir können sie unbedingt weiter empfehlen. Auch die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiterinnen ist bestens.Selbst die Anreise am Sonntag (normal geschlossen) wurde in Zinnowitz vom Bädertourist-Büro ermöglicht, da dort die Schlüsselübergabe stattfindet.
